Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works excluding GST.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision)

Providing and laying Bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed agreegates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired comaction as per Clause 504 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision)

Providing and laying semi dence bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed agreegates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired comaction as per Clause 508 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Cluse 503 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision)

Construction of embankment with cutting materials obtained from site, including spreading in layers to achieve maximum approved compacted thickness, levelling, grading as per approved drawings to the required slop, camber & watering, compacting to meet required density etc complete as per clause 305 of specification for road & bridge works MORT&H (5th revision) including full copensation to all & inclusive cost of all labour, materials, hire charges of plant & machineries, all contingencies, incidentals involved for the finished operetions defect free item work to specification complrtr & direction of EIC.

Construction of cement concrete Cast in Situ M-20 kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 408, 8.1, P-207 of MoRT&H 1st Revision

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-35 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size,design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand ,filling the joints with fine sand etc.all complete including cost of all materials, loading unloading all taxes, all labours, T&P, sundries, hire and running charges of machinaries etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and lying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation & floor using 40 mm & down grade black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, washed and screened sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required thickness including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, taxes, cost of labours, T&P, hire & running charges of concrete mixer, etc. but excluding GST all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix Rainforcement cement concrete of M-25 (minimum cement content not less than 403Kg/ Cum) grade in reinforced cement concrete structural elements using black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumbs and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth including the cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, royalties, watering and curing for the required period, T&P , hire & running charges of concrete mixer and vibrator, cost of Admixtures in recommended proportions (as per IS 9103 ) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement.

Total RCC Drain length=2580 Mtr.

Earthwork in excavation upto 1.50mtr depth of foundation trenches of Hard soil/ Gravelly soil with initial leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed sides up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with T&P for shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required etc. complete but excluding GST and as per the drawing, design including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling the Foundation & Plinth sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. but excluding GST as required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing TOR Fe-500 HYSD Reinforcement bars (SAIL /TATA) of required diameter and approved quality for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding(if approved) , joining (if necessary), tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in position as per the approved design & drawings (BBS) with provision of standard fan hooks including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, cost of binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge, T&P, etc, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation trenches and plinth with excavated earth including laying the earth in layers not exceeding 23.5cm (9”) thick ramming and watering with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete but excluding GST, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing strong, rigid, leveled and plumbed centering and shuttering to required shape and size for R.C.C. Wall works in the items mentioned below with wooden or steel centering materials with all necessary bracing, ties and supports for level centering covered with bituminous paper including provision of necessary holes and pockets, electrical conduit pipe, P.H. pipes, fan hooks or boxes, switch board insert plates, clamps and extension bars etc., dismantling and removing the shuttering after the required interval from the date of casting, including cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, sundries, scaffolding, staging, T&P, etc, all complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
