Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3mtr. height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50mtr lead including all labour,T & P, sundries,lead, lift, delift and labour cess etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm. deep and removing the debries within 50mtr lead including all labour, T & P, sundries,lead, lift, delift and labour cess etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with fly ash brick 23cmx11cm x8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75kg/sqcm with dimensional tolerance ±2% in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth and superstructure including cost,conveyance, royalties, all labour,T & P, sundries, labour cess and curing etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing M.S panelled single leaved door shutter with M.S frame over all size including frame- 1950 mm height x 750 mm width made out of the following materials confirming to relevant ISS, frame-30 x 30.5 mm, M.S angle shutter style - Top & bottom rail 25 x 25 x 3 mm M.S angle, Door panel -1 mm thick G.P sheet, panel stiffner covering width of leaf 19 x5 mmM.S flat- 3 nos, Hinges -size 100 mm- 3 nos bought out as per ISS, Hold fast 30 x30 x5 mm M.S angle 150 mm length bifurcated at the tip- 3 nos each side, Handle- 19 x 5 mm M.S flat fabricated -2 nos, Aldrop- 2 nos bought out of as per ISS, Tower bolt -2 nos bought out as per ISS etc all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Approximate weight = 60.00 Kg.

Fixing of single leaf M.S door shutter including cutting grooves in brick wall of size 0.23 x 0.20 x 0.20 mtr & fixing the door shutter clamps with cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12 mm size HGCB chips including alignment in position with all labour, T & P, sundries, labour cess and curing etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fabrication and supply of 'Y'- shaped post with MS-angle 50*50*5 mm ISA with provision of fixing hooks of 8mm dia HYSD rod and 10 cm long 9 nos per each post and fixing them in position with cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12 mm HGCB chips including cost of all materials, conveyance, all labour , T&P, sundries, fabrication and welding charges and labour cess etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Priming one coat with red oxide primer of Shalimar/ Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac make including cost of primer, brush, all labour, T&P, sundries, labour cess etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint of Asian / Berger/ Shalimar/ Nerolac make including cost of paint, brush, all labour, T&P, sundries, labour cess etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) for P.C.C works with 12mm size HGCB chips with admixure of Dr. fixit pidi proof (LW+) including cost, conveyance , royalty, all labour, T&P, sundries, lead, lift, delift, labour cess and curing etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

RCC work of M-20 grade with 20mm size and down grade black hard granite crusher broken stone chips including hoisting and laying including cost, coveyance, royalty,T&P, sundries, all lead, lift, delift, labour, labour cess and curing etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar TATA Tiscon Fe-500D/ SAIL ISI bar Reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification including cost, conveyance , all labour, T&P , sundries, labour cess etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for RCC works including false work and dismantling them after casting including cost of all materials complete including all labour, T&P, sundries, lead, lift, delift and labour cess etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement rule pointing including racking out joints (1:3) over stone masonry including cost, conveyance , royalty, all labour, T&P, sundries, lead, lift, delift, labour cess and curing etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Priming one coat to walls with wall cement primer (ISI) including cost of primer water bound of Asian / Berger / Shalimar/ Nerolac make etc including all labour, T&P, sundries, brush, scaffolding, putty and labour cess etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats to out side walls surface with exterior weather coat paint (ISI) of approved shade of Asian/Berger/Shalimar / Nerolac / Dulux or any equivalent make on old work to give an even shade at all height including cost of weather coat paint, T &P, sundries, all labour, brush, putty and labour cess etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 metre), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length , upto 3.00 mtr height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.40 mtr or 3.00 mtr apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I staples and G.I clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T) / spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick ) and weight 43.478gm/ metre including all labour, T & P, sundries, cost of concertina coil and all other materials required for the work, scaffolding, lead, lift, delift and labour cess etc complete. ( Cost of M.S angles C.C, blocks shall be paid separately ).

Providing and fixing in position with proper alignment of double leaf M.S Gate of size 1.80 mtr x 1.60 mtr made out of M.S angle and flat with one number of 300 mm x 16 mm dia aldrop for locking arrangements and fixing the clamps with cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm size HGCB chips including cost, conveyance , royalty, all labour, T&P, sundries, lead, lift, delift, labour cess and curing etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials or excavated earth etc by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge within 5.00 Km away from the work site including cost of all labour, conveyance , T&P, sundries, lead, lift, delift, labour cess etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
