Earth work excavation for plinth and foundation in ordinary soil within 50 mtrs initial lead and 1.5 mtrs initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 mtrs in depth including mechanical carriage of 5Km and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and filing in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed including the cost, conveyance, royalty, all other taxes and labour charges etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size hard granite metal including the cost, conveyance, royalty, all other taxes and labour charges etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) after racking out the joints including watering, curing to required time, cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T&P required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:4) over brick work with cement punning for skirting including watering, curing to required time, cost, conveyance, royalties taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T&P required for the work complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

First class Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:4) using fly ash brick having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 with dimensional tolerance of +/-8% after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before using foundation and plinth including hoisting, placing in position, watering, curing to required time etc including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size hard granite chips including the cost, conveyance, royalty, all other taxes and labour charges etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

2.5cm AS flooring with C.C (1:2:4) including punning using 12mm size HG chips and including cost of materials, conveyance, royalty, taxes and cost of labour with T&P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

RCC work of (1:1.5:3) with 12mm and down grade black hard granite chips (crusher broken) including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing and finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves or beds where necessary including cost of all materials (excluding cost of tor steel) and cost of all labour with T&P required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting, bending, binding and laying the grill of approved dia and placing in position of tor steel (Fe-500) for RCC works and using binding wire 18 to 20 gauge including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and labour complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for RCC works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of material complete for foundation, plinth band and footings bases of columns mass concrete precast slabs.

Scraping old paint with scrapers, sand papering and washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges upto 5 mtr height as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface with acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding saging charges with cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Priming one coat with any approved primer (water based) on plastered surface after cleaning the surface, sand papering etc. including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T&P required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with weather seal coat paint of any approved shade over the exterior surface of walls including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of al materials, cost of labour with T&P required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of any approved shade over the interior surface of walls including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of labour with T&P required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old tarfelt from roof slab, cleaning the surface, working and removing the debris away from work site within 50 mtr lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying water proofs with polymeric bituminous membrance (plastic felt) Shaliplus 2045 (STP make) of 2.25 Km / Sqm and 1.5mm thickness consisting of layers having center core of 20 microns thermoplastic high molecular high density polyethylene HMHDPE film of grade 2504 including cleaning and priming the surface with Shalitex primer (oil based) of STP make @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm providing a coat of hot blown bitumen of 1.32 Kg/Sqm. Applying and laying plastic felt membrance with 10 cm overlap adhered to blown bitumen of 85/25 or 90/15 grade and covered with a layer of hot blown bitumen @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work mde of special section, power pressed from MS sheet and galvanised with zing coating of 120 gms / sqm (both side including) as per IS:277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm at 12mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flanges of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50mm of required length with nuts and bolts of required side and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate GI channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wide of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to GI intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long GI wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall / partition with the helop of rawl plugs at 450mm centre with 25mm dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5x25mm at 230mm c/c including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grill, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, al complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of painting with fully perforated gypsum plaster board of size 1200x2400x12.5mm having approx 15% perforated area with perforation size and pattern as approved by the Engineer-in-charge and as per manufacturer's specification with all 4 side papered and backed by acoustical tissue with NRC value not less than 0.60

Dismantling and removing GCI or AC sheet from sheet roofing after carefully removing the nuts and bolts including stacking of the materials for reuse and removing the debris away from work site with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing GCI sheet in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges, valleys, wind ties etc.
