RCC work of M25 (1:1.5:3) with 12mm and down grade black hard granite chips (crusher broken) including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing and finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves or beds where necessary including cost of all materials (excluding cost of tor steel) and cost of all labour with T&P required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Cutting, bending, binding and laying the grill of approved dia and placing in position of tor steel (IS 7686-2000) for RCC works and using binding wire 18 to 20 gauge including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and labour complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for RCC works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of material complete for foundation, plinth band and footings, bases of columns, mass concrete precast slabs

Iron work wrought and put up in trusses and record racks

Hoisting joists and trusses and placing in position (labour only)

Priming one coat with any approved primer on iron work after cleaning the surface, sand papering etc including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T&P required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coats any approved shade of paint on new iron work after cleaning the surface, sand papering etc including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T&P required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to the fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc as per IRC:67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class-II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts and nuts @300mm center to center all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows alongwith theft resistance measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural fame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Structural fame work including MS plate to be provided separately)

Providing, fitting, fixing of HIP retroreflective signage over ACP as per approved design including cost of all materials complete

Preparation of display board etc as per approved design complete
