Interior Wall painting of (02) two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved make and shade manufactured by reputed manufacturer like Asian/Berger/Nerolac etc to make an even finished surface over a coat of primer with water bound cement primer in all heights with all scafolding and staging charges including cost conveyance, taxes of all materials,cost of labour,T&P.sundries etc as required for the work as per the direction of EIC.

Earth work in stoney earth and gravels mixed with stone and boulder not exceeding 0.014cum in volum within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layer not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per specification approved by the department as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Filling Foundation and plinth with excavated stoney earth & hard soil etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost of labour, materials, royalty, conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size hard granite metal including cost of labour, materials, royalty, conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing coping C.C 1:2:4 with 12mm size hard granite chips including cost of labour, materials, royalty, conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling G.C.I. and A.C. Sheet roofing after carefully removing the bolts and nuts including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50m lead as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting & fixing 0.5mm TCT TATA blue scope sheet (10'x 3.5' or 12'x 3.5'), 550Mpa yield strength mix anticorrosive steel with plain formed ridges, gutters, flashing etc.(as same materials as above) having total girth upto 600mm and standard length of 6000mm as required and quoted with hot dip zinc alloy of 120 gms per sqm mass of coating (total both sides) as per IS 277 and finished with polyster coating (EPG 10) of 18-20 microns in approved colour over primer coat of 5 microns on top and 5-7 microns of service coat in grey colour over primer on back, having KLT CRIL HISPAN profile of overall width of 1072mm and laid width of 1015mm, with five crests of 35+1mm spaced at 250+2 mm centers and with three small corrrugations of 8mm depth continously spread over 55mm width each valley of the sheet on steel structures complete with necesssary self drilling and self trapping screws/bolts and nuts, neoprine and limplet washers with 150mm end laps wherever required. Measurement shall be made on "as laid" area . Sheets shall be supported with coil manufacture's test certificate for strength. The rate shall include alll costs towards materials transport, storage, handling, liftinig , positioning, fixing and all labour etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of 150mm inner dia.M.S. Pipes and M.S. angles of size 65mmx65mmx6mm & 45mmx45mmx 6mm for making a frame work/truss for a shed of size 20mx8.7m at BPRC club including hoisting and placing in position including fabrication charges, transportation charge etc as per direction of EIC.(Shed of size 20mx8.7m including 5 nos of triangular trusses made of M.S angles of size 65mmx65mmx6mm & 45mmx45mmx6mm and 10 nos 150mm M.S. pipe of length of approx. 6m as pole)

Floor painting of (02) two coats with sports floor coating having anti-skid and water resistance property of approved make and shade of reputed manufacturer like Dr. Fixit / Berger etc. to provide a tough and attractive finish required for out door badminton court including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials,cost of labour,T&P, sundries etc. as required for the work as per direction of the EIC.

Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm thick artificial stone flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead and complete as per direction of the EIC.

Providing, fitting & fixing of Vitrified tiles (colour/ printed) in floor of premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10mm confirming to I.S 13756 of size(600 mm x 600 mm) coloured/printed series (Homogeneous) including cost, conveyance etc. complete as per direction of the EIC.

Providing, fitting & fixing of vetrified tiles in dados, having thickness 8mm to 10mm conforming to I.S.13756 of size (600mm x600mm) coloured/printed series (Homogeneous) including cost, conveyance etc. complete as per direction of the EIC.

Supplying & fixing false ceiling with aluminium anodised T section No-3215 with 2'-0" center to center , L section No-1705 up to 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C. plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0"x 2'-0" gypsum board suspended from ceiling with frame & all fitting materials and the celing surface is applied with putty for smooth finish including one coat of acrylic wall putty and two coat of acrylic emulsion paint including cost of all materials, labour cess, conveyance, taxes, cutting, fixing, etc complete as directed by E-I-C.

Random rubble H.G stone masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth including cost of labour,materials,royalty, conveyance etc. complete as per direction of the EIC.

2.5 cm Damp proof course with C.C (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard broken granite chips (C.B) including cost of labour, materials, royalty, conveyance etc. complete as per direction of the EIC.

Fly Ash Brick masonry in CM(1:6) using bricks strength 75kg/sqcm in super structure including cost of labour,materials,royalty, conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC

Supply & fixing of M.S panelled door double leaved shuter with M.S frame of overall size including frame as 1980mm(H) x 1070 mm (W) made out of following materials confirming to relevant indian standard specifications.
