Supplying moorum within 5 Km intial lead by any mechanical means and filling the same at required site including rough dressing and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth and including cost, conveyance, royalty of materials, all labour ,T&P, lead, lift, delift, sundries and labour cess etc complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
