Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated SAIL TMT BAR reinforcement complete as per drawing and specification including hoisting and laying materials, transportation and placing as per direction of EIC.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C works including false work etc. complete including hoisting and laying materials, transportation, and placing as per direction of EIC.

R.C.C. beams, column, grider and bressmer, etc.

R.C.C foundation , plinth band and footing bases of column mass concrete precast slabs etc.

C.B Brick (23 X 11 X 8 cm) size having crushing strength not less than 35 kg/ cm2 with cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth including hoisting and laying materials, transportation and placing as per direction of EIC.

12 mm thick plaster (1:6) for brick work including cost of all materials, labours, royality, taxes and duties etc. as per direction of EIC.

Priming one coat to wall surface using water bound cement primer including cost & conveyance of all materilas, labour and T & P etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Exterior wall painting with weather coat of 02 (two) coats with 100 % Acrylic emulsion paint (1st quality) exterior grade of approved make and shade manufacurer like NEROLAC/ ASIAN/ BERGER etc. to make an even finished surface over a coat of primer with water bound cement primer in all heights with alll scafoldings and staging charges including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P, sundries etc. as required for the work as per direction of EIC.

Provinding and fixing Aluminium based Zal colour coated super razor punched barb tape ( SRPBT) helix coil fencing having specification:(i) Dia of coil ( unstretched)- 610 mm (ii) No. of spirals -5 per running metre (iii) weight of each coil with hessian pack-14 kg (0.5) (iv) Central core wire made from 2.60 m dia G.I. High tensile wire as per IS: 4454 galanised as per IS: 2629. (v) Razor punched tape is CONSEC-ZAL steel comprising of aluminium base with zinc alloy @ 150 gm/m² confirming to ASTM A-792M with additional primer treatment of Epoxy/ Polyurethane & final paint top coat of caulifield green sheede ( BSL 139) by hot dipping process. Barb tape length 23.50 mm , Barb width-18.60 mm, Bard spacing -36.00 mm, centre width 7.40 mm, colour caulifield green ( BSL 139) upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron Y shaped placed 2.4 m or 3 m apart with 3 horizontal ZAL SRPBT horizontal runner strands as per drawing and specification including cost of bolts or G.I barbed wire tied to angle iron & complete excluding cost of M.S angle & C.C blocks as per direction of EIC.

Supplying and fixing M.S Angle 50 X 50 X 5 mm iron post & strut at site of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes up to 10 mm dia etc. complete as direction of EIC.

Priming one coat with any approved primer (Asian/Berger) (Iron Work) including cost, conveyance of all materilas, labour and T & P etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

2.5 cm damp proof course with cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12 mm size hand broken granite chips including cost of materials, transportation and placing as per direction of EIC.
