Supplying and fixing 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size,design & shape,laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand,filling the joints with line sand etc all complete as per IRC-SP-63-2018 as per the direction of EIC.

Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm. thick artificial stone flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead and complete as per direction of EIC.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 4cm size metal including cost of labour, materials, royalty,conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC.

C.C 1:2:4 with 12mm size hard granite chips including cost of labour,materials,royalty,conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Rigid and Smooth centering & shuttering for RCC works etc including cost of material,labour,conveyance,royalty and complete as per direction of EIC.

C.B Brick (23x11x8cm) size having crushing strength not less than 35kg/ cm2 with cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth per cum including hoisting and laying materials, transportation, and placing as per direction of EIC

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12 mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead including cost of labour as per direction of EIC.

12mm thick plaster (1:6) for brick work including cost of labour,materials,royalty,conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Scraping old paint with scrapers, sand papering andwashing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges , cost, conveyance all materials, labour and T & P etc complete as per direction of EIC

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete. As per direction of EIC.

Painting 2(two) coats with Weather coat paint of jonson &Nicolsion /Asian/Berger of approved quality and colour, using the required quality of paint as specified by the manufacturer to give an even shade over a coat of wall primer over the external plastered surface including watering surface before applying and curinf for the required period as directed by EIC for all floor including cost of all materials with taxes and transportation all labour scaffolding, sundries, T & p etc complete.

Interior Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint(Asian/Berger or any reputed make) of approved shade on new work over a coat of primer to give an even shade including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete as per direction of EIC

R.C.C. work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusherbroken) stone chips including hoisting and laying materials, transportation, and placing as per direction of EIC

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated of SAIL TMT BAR reinforcement complete as per drawing and specification including hoisting and laying materials, transportation, and placing as per direction of EIC

Dismantling G.C.I. or A.C. sheet roofing after carefully removing the bolts and nuts including stacking of he materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead

Supplying, fitting & fixing 0.5mm and above colour coated metal roofing sheet of TATA/JINDAL having 550Mpa yield strength mix anticorrosive steel with plain formed ridges, gutters, flashing etc.(as same materials as above) having total girth upto 600mm and standard length of 6000mm as required and quoted with hot dip zinc alloy of 120 gms per sqm mass of coating (total both sides) as per IS 277 and finished with polyster coating (EPG 10) of 18-20 microns in approved colour over primer coat of 5 microns on top and 5-7 microns of service coat in grey colour over primer on back, having KLT CRIL HISPAN profile of overall width of 1072mm and laid width of 1015mm, with five crests of 35+1mm spaced at 250+2 mm centers and with three small corrrugations of 8mm depth continously spread over 55mm width each valley of the sheet on steel structures complete with necesssary self drilling and self trapping screws/bolts and nuts, neoprine and limplet washers with 150mm end laps wherever required. The rate shall include alll costs towards materials transport, storage, handling, liftinig , positioning, fixing and all labour. Measurement shall be made on "as laid" area . Sheets shall be supported with coil manufacture's test certificate for strength.

Providing, fitting & fixing the stainless steel hand rail of 304 grade using 50mm dia 2mm thick circular pipe fixing in proper position on RCC structures by making holes at required places complete including cost conveyance, loading, unloading and taxes of all materials cost of all labour sundries and T&P, scaffolding etc. Required for the work complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Providing fitting &fixing of Vetrified tiles (colour/printed) in floor of premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10mm confirming to I.S. 15622:2006 OF size(600 mm x 600 mm) coloured/ printed series (Homogeneous) including cost, conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing fitting & fixing of vitrified tiles in dados skirting and rises of steps on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles of approved makes confirming to I.S. 13753 coloured/printed series (Homogeneous) including cost, conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing fitting &fixing of special plain/printed (30mm x30mm/40mm x40mm) series ceramic wall tile of premium grade having thickness 6.5mm to 6.70mm confirming to I.S. 13755:2006 OF coloured/printed series in floor (Homogeneous) including cost, conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing fitting &fixing of granite tiles above 0.40 sqm. (20mm thick)in kitchen over kitchen slab including cost of materails, labour, conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying & fixing false ceiling with aluminium anodised T sectionNo-3215 with 2'-0" center to center , L section No-1705 up to 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C. plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0"x 2'-0" gypsum board suspended from ceiling with frame & all fitting materials and the celing surface is applied with putty for smooth finish including one coat of acrylic wall putty and two coat of acrylic emulsion paint including cost of all materials, labour cess, conveyance, taxes, cutting, fixing, etc complete as directed by E-I-C.
