Earth work in hard soil or gravely soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initila lift includig rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5 to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 m in depth and including cost of labour, T&P, Sundries, labour cess etc complete and as per the direction of the EIC

Supplying good quality earth/ soil including earth work in nordinary soil within a lead of 10 Km away from work side by any mechanical means including cost, labour, T&P, Sundries, labour cess, royalty etc complete and as per the direction of the EIC.

Labour for spreading earth/ soil to proper chamber including conveying the earth or soil from stack, watering and consolidation with PRR including all labour, T&P, Sundries, hire and running charges of PRR and labour cess etc complete and as per the direction of the EIC.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand, well watered and rammed including cost of sand, labour, royalty, conveyance, labour cess, T&P, Sundries, lead, lift etc complete and as per the direction of the EIC

cement concrete (1:3:6)with 40 mm size HGCB metal including cost conveyance,royalities, all labour T&P ,sundries & labour cess and curing etc completeand as per the direction of the EIC

Cement concrete (1:2:4) for PCC work with 12mm size HGCB chips including cost conveyance,royalities, all labour T&P ,sundries & labour cess and curing etc complete and as per the direction of the EIC

Brick work with Fly ash bricks (23x11x8) size having crushing strength not less than 75 cm/sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ±2 % in cement mortar 1:6 in super structure including all labour, T&P, Sundries, Labour cess, cost, conveyance, royalty and curring etc complete in ground or firast floor and as per the direction of the EIC

Fabrication, supply and erection of Y-shaped MS angle post of 50mmx50mmx5mm ISA with provision of fixing hooks with 8mm dia MS rod 10cm long each 7 nos. in each post ( 7.86 Kg) including all labour, T&P, Sundries, cost, conveyance, fabrication charges, welding charges and labour cess etc complete and as per the direction of the EIC

Fabrication , supply and erection of 50mm dia medium gauge G I pipe TATA make with provision of round shaped fixing hooks with 8mm dia M S rod 0.15m long each @ 0.67m C/C in each pipe and fixing rod at the end of the GI pipe 2 nos. @0.15m long each etc complete including all cost, labour, T & P,sundries, conveyance,fabrication charges and welding charges at site and abour cess etc complete.

Priming one coat with red oxite primer including cost of primer ,brush,all labour,T & P ,sundries,labour cess etc complete in groun floor and first floor .

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint of any approved shade of Asian/ Berger/Salimar make including cost of paint,putty, scaffolding, labour,T&P,sundries,brush and labour cess etc complete.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for RCC works including false work and dismantling them after casting including cost of material complete including all labour,T& P,sundries,labour cess etc complete.

16 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) over brick or stone masonry including cost,conveyance,royalty,all labour, T & P,sundries,labour cess and curing etc complete in ground floor and first floor.

Supplying and fixing with MS angle (50mmx50mmx5mm) iron posts placed at required distance embeded in cement concrete blocks and provided with ZAL SRPBT horizontal runner strands ( Specification-i-Central core wire :- made from 2.60m dia spring steel core wire of 1670N/sqm,tensile strength as per I S : 4454 & galvanised as per I S:-2629, II-razor punched strip:- Razor punched tape is CONSEC-ZAL steel comprising of aluminium base with zinc alloy @150g/sqm confirming to ASTM-A792/A-792M with additional primer treatment of EPOXY/polyurethane & and final paint top coat of coulifield green shade (BSL-139) by hot dipping process .Razor punched barbed tape length -23.5,barb width -18.60mm,barb spacing -36mm,centre width-7.4mm,colour-coulifield green,(BSL139) horizontal lines fitted and fixed with GI staples, turn buckles etc. complete (Cost of post and concrete work to be paid separately) Payment to be made for meter cost of total length of SRPBT wire used all complete as per the direction of the EIC (DAR-2016(Vol-I & II) item-16.18, P-956

Providing and fixing chequered tiles 30cmx30cmx7mm in foot path on 25mm bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry including all labour,T & P, sundries,cost of chequered tiles, carriage, curing and labour cess etc complete.

Wall painting two coats with any approved weather coat ( Asian /Berger/Shalimar ) make on old work including cost of paint ,brush,all labour, T & P,sundries,labour cess etc complete in ground floor and first floor.
