R.R. H.G.Stone masonry in cement mortar (1:6) using hard granite stone free from weathered skin in foundation and plinth with course sand free from silt with as per sieve analysis and ISI branded cement confirming to 43 grade in strength including cost, conveyance, royalty and all taxes of all materials excluding GST with all leads, lifts & delifts including watering for curing, T&P, all labour, cess etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm hard granite chips of approved quality free from weathered skin surface with sharp edged and any other deleterious materials, uniform colour and texture including dewatering, cost, conveyance, royalty and all other taxes of all materials to site of work, tool & plant, after shuttering the exposed surface, finished smooth to all heights including using course washed and sieved sand ISI brand cement confirming 43 grade in strength including dewatering, cost, conveyance, royalty and all other taxes of all materials to site of work, tool & plant, after shuttering the exposed surface, finished smooth to all heights including casting with all lead, lifts, delifts, watering and curing for specific time as per IRSC code etc. complete with all labour for mixing by concrete mixture, placing in position by manually and compacting with vibrators etc. complete including hire and running charges of all machineries , cess etc. complete as per approved drawing, drawing, design, specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for concrete works including false work, dismantling and finishing them after casting for RCC beam, column, grider and bressmer etc including cost, conveyance of materials, cess, all taxes ofn materials and T&P with all labour but excluding GST etc complete as per approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for concrete works including false work, dismantling and finishing them after casting for RCC foundation , plinth bend and footing, bases of columns, mass concrete and pre-cast slabs etc including cost, conveyance and taxes of materials withal lead lift and delifts and T&P with all labour CP&OH complete as per approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

20 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) over stone masonry after racking out joints including using ISI branded OPC cementing confirming 43 grade and fine sand free from silt including watering & curing for 7 days with cost & conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials with all lead lift and delift and labour with T&P, cess of CP&OH required for the work and connected all other operation etc complete in all respect complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) over stone masonry after racking out joints including using ISI branded OPC cementing confirming 43 grade and fine sand free from silt including watering & curing for 7 days with cost & conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials with all lead lift and delift and labour with T&P, cess of CP&OH required for the work and connected all other operation etc complete in all respect complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Priming one coat with any approved primer including cost & conveyance, royalty & all taxes of materials excluding GST, cess and labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect with all leads, lifts and delifts etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Wall painting two coats with weathered coat paint of approved shade & of approved make on new work including cost & conveyance, royalty & taxes, of all materials to the work site and labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect with all leads, lifts and delifts etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fabricating , fitting and fixing of M.S. Angle for barbed post including cost of staples hooks & tying wire including barbed wire including cost of all labour, T&P, conveyance, taxes of all materials to the work site & cess etc complete as per direction of the Engineer inc charge.

Fabricating , fitting and fixing of bard bed wire including cost of staples hooks & tying wire including barbed wire including cost of all labour, T&P, conveyance, taxes of all materials to the work site & cess etc complete as per direction of the Engineer inc charge.

Wall painting one coat with plastic emulsion on new work to give an even shade including painting including cost & conveyance, royalty , cess , taxes of all materials to the work site and labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect with all leads, lifts and delifts etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the HYSD steel (SAIL) bar of different sizes as per designs in all heights, tying the grills and placing in position, fixing reinforcement with laps & hooks, ties and chairs wherever necessary binding with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge, hoisting, lowering and laying with all leads, lifts, delifts, labour including cost, conveyance, cess, taxes of all materials , T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer inc charge.

Providing, fitting, fixing of PVC pipes of approved quality for weep holes @2nos. per panel with 4’’ dia plastic pipe of 0.60m length including all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P, cess etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
