Labour for applying prime coat/tack coat as per specification, it should be applied on the clended surface uniformaly at the rate of 2 Kg per 10 sqm and just ahead of spreading carpet including cost of conveyance, taxes, of bitumen, T & P, labour charges , labour cess, supervision charges, overhead charges, insurance and consumables etc. as required for the work, with all lead, lifts & delifts and connected all other operation etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for scraping, cleaning the road surface, applying tack coat as per specification and uniformaly just ahead of spreading carpet with using 3.00 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm, and laying 75mm thick built up spray grouting in two layers 37.50mm, thick each layer using 0.45 cum of 25mm to 40 mm size hard granite crusher broken meal and 12.00 Kg penetration grade of bitumen or 10.00 sqm in each layer with 0.12 cum of 12mm size hard granite crusher broken chips as key stone for 10 sqm hand packing to proper camber including heating, bitumen to required temperature, puring, conveying the metal and chips from the stack at work site or at approved stacking yard. Spreading, rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, Bitumen mixer and Tar Boilers and all other T&P including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials such as metal, chips, bitumen required for the work with labour charges, labour cess, Insurance, overhead, supervision charge, T &P, all leads, lifts & delifts and connected all other operation as per requirement at site etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for laying 20mm thick premix immediately after applying the tack coat to the road surface the hot premix shall be spared evenly with using carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.20mm to 5.60mm crusher broken chips and 14.60 Kg penetration grade bitumen for 10 sqm including hand packing, including racking to desired thick ness and to the correct proper camber before consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen boiler, Hot Mix Plant, other machineries including, cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, all T&P, labour charge, overhead charges, supervision charges, labour cess with all leads, lifts & delifts and connected all other operation as requirement at site etc. complete as per specification of ' MOSRT & H' for road and bridge work and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
