Providing fitting &fixing of Vetrified tiles in floor of premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10mm confirming to I.S. 13756 OF size(600 mm x 600 mm) coloured/printed series (Homogeneous) including cost, conveyance etc complete including cost of labour,materials, royalty, conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC..

Providing fitting &fixing of vetrified tiles in dado including cost, conveyance etc complete including cost of labour,materials, royalty,conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC..

Supplying, fitting & fixing 0.5mm TCT TATA blue scope sheet, 240 Mpa yield strength mix anticorrosive steel with plain formed ridges, gutters, flashing etc.(as same materials as above) having total girth upto 600mm and standard length of 6000mm as required and quoted with hot dip zinc alloy of 120 gms per sqm mass of coating (total both sides) as per IS 277 and finished with polyster coating (EPG 10) of 18-20 microns in approved colour over primer coat of 5 microns on top and 5-7 microns of service coat in grey colour over primer on back, having KLT CRIL HISPAN profile of overall width of 1060mm and laid width of 1000mm, with five crests of 35+1mm spaced at 250+2 mm centers and with three small corrrugations of 8mm depth continously spread over 55mm width each valley of the sheet on steel structures complete with necesssary self drilling and self trapping screws/bolts and nuts, neoprine and limplet washers with 150mm end laps wherever required. The rate shall include alll costs towards materials transport, storage, handling, liftinig , positioning, fixing and all labour. Measurement shall be made on "as laid" area . Sheets shall be supported with coil manufacture's test certificate for strength.

Priming one coat with any approved primer. including cost of paint,labour,all taxes as per direction of EIC.

Painting two coats with approved paint on including cost of paint,labour,all taxes as per direction of EIC.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work including cost of paint,labour,all taxes as per direction of EIC.

Supplying fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90 Mtr. Center to Center and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials labour, T & P etc required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 30mm thick factory made PVC rigid foam paneled door shuttes with frame manufactured by M/s Rajshri/Krishna/Sintex or equivalent made from M.S. tube of 19 gauge thickness, size 19x19mm for styles and 15x15mm for top and bottom rails, covered with heat moulded PVC “C” channel of 5mm thick sheet and 30x50mm wide to form styles and 5mm thick and 75mm wide PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on other side and 5mm thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, paneling of 5mm thick PVC sheet fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the styles and rails with 5x30mm PVC sheet beading on either side and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc., complete as per manufacturers specification including fixing frames with 4 Nos. M.S. powder coated butt hinges complete including one 10inch aluminium aldrop and two aluminium tower bolts of 10inch and 6inch and two aluminium handles cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling & removing 2.5cm thick Artificial Stone flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50m lead.

Providing, fitting, fixing including testing & commissioning of capacity 1000 L Water Tank Triple Layered polyethylene moulded water storage cylindrical tank with lid & locking arrangement as per IS-12701/1996 with ISI mark including cutting holes of required size & shape. Providing, fitting and fixing of CPVC water tank connector / Adaptor with jam nut etc. for filling, delivery, overflow & wash out arrangements, including hoisting upto a height of 10 mtr. above the ground level & placing the tank of required position including construction of brick masonry pedestal up to 450mm ht. from roof with RCC (M-20) base slab, beam of approved design & 125mm thick brick masonry wall (all round) in C.M. 1:6, 12mm C.P. 1:6 over brick work etc. all complete as per specification & direction of EIC.(Make-Sintex)

Cutting, bending, binding and placing of MS bars in position including cost of MS bars and binding wire etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Supply of 65mm outer dia.M.S. Pipes and M.S. anglesof size 65mmx665mmx6mm & 45mmx45mmx 6mm for making a frame work/truss for a rest shed of size 4.5mx3m at valve house Iron work for truss including hoisting and placing in position including fabrication charges, transportation charge etc as per direction of EIC.
