Cement concrete M15 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of size 20mm and down graded mixed in batching and mixing plant including cost of all materials, machineries, labour,royality, cess and other expenses including cost of transportation of all materials & mixed concrete with all leads, lifts & delifts by mechanical means and laying in dams, barrages, power house and pen stock with all lifts/delifts including cost of construction and maintainence of coffer dam, diversion of flow and dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work *in respective blocks as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(including all taxes but excluding GST)

Providing reinforcement steel manufactured by SAIL/TATA only, straightening, cutting, bending, binding, laying and placing in position the uncoated HYSD( Fe-415) grade including lapping or welding higher diameter bars where necessary with cost, conveyance of reinforcement steel, binding wire etc. with all leads, lifts and delifts as per approved drawings and specifications in barrages / wiers / low height structures including cost of construction and maintainence of coffer dam, diversion of flow and dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work * with all incidental charges, taxes , cess etc complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing formwork for concrete with F2 finish for all permanently exposed surfaces not prominently exposed to public view such as in galleries, adits, bridges, retaining walls, open spillways etc. with steel shutters or plywood shutters including supply of rigid tie and supports with cost of all materials, labour, T & P and all other expenses etc including finishing complete including cost of construction and maintainence of coffer dam, diversion of flow and dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work * as directed by the Engineer-in- charge (abrupt surface irregularities over 5mm and gradual over 10mm measured with 1.5m template is not permitted). Supplying and spreading sand of approved specification for filter in rock toe rip-rap and filter drain in earth dam or dykes to proper slope and level with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost of materials, labour, transportation, cess, royality and other expenses etc. complete including cost of construction and maintainence of coffer dam, diversion of flow and dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work * as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 16 mm thick bituminous expansion joint board in expansion joint including cost of materials, labour, transportation, cess and other expenses etc. complete as per drawing and technical specification etc. including dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work *complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing P.V.C. water stop for drainage gallery as per approved design including fixing in proper alignment and joining with araldite etc. including cost of materials, labour, transportation, cess and all other expenses etc.including dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work * complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(including all taxes but excluding GST)

Fixing drainage pipe made of G.I below barrage basin for pressure releasing including toe,bed,clamps etc. complete including cost of all materials, labour and T & P, cess etc. including dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work * complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (including all taxes but excluding GST)

Backfilling with sand behind abutment wing wall and retaining wall with sand water and rammed in layer etc. Including cost of all materials, labour T&P, required for the work, cess, royalty etc. Complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Quarrying, collecting, supplying hard granite stone boulder of atleast 30cm in length in any direction, 50kg in weight and 0.028cum in volume from approved quarry (other than laterite, sand stone) free from weather skin surface and other deleterious materials, dumping the stones in spur, and slope protection works including surface packing in all heights and depths including filling the interstices with small stones, wedging and packing surface to proper line level etc. of approved quality with uniform colour and texture including cost of materials, conveyance, labour, T&P required for the work, royalty, cess, wiht all leads, lifts, delifts including dumping in water, hire charges of boat with boatman and lunch with driver and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Quarrying, collecting, supplying hard granite stone boulder of 15cm to 30cm size from approved quarry free from weather skin surface and other deleterious materials, packing the stones in slope protection works in river embankments to required profile in all heights and depths including filling the interstices with small stones, weding and hammering etc. approved quality with uniform colour and texture including cost of materials, conveyance, labour, T&P required for the work, royalty, cess, hire and running charges and transportation of all materials with all leads, lifts, delifts, handling and re-handling etc. including all other incidental charges required to complete the work etc complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing fitting and fixing vetrified tiless in floors of size 600 x 600mm of approved make containing to IS:1375 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of materials, carriage, royalty of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work, cess and all other expenses etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Excavation of approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil with all leads, lifts, delifts on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.5 cm layers for watering and compaction with sheep foot rollers and dozers and other approved mechanical means to obtain compaction up to 98% maximum dry density in dams, dykes & embankments for all heights including construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area etc.including cost of material, labour, T&P required for the work, transportation, cess, royality etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Randum rubble hard granite stone masonry in sand grouted using hard granite stone boulder of atleast 30 cm in length in any direction 50 Kg in weight and 0.028 cum in volume from approved quarry free from weathered skin and other deleterious materials in all heights and depths including filling the interstices with small stones, wedging & hammering etc including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials of approved quality with unioform coulour & texure from approved quarry with all leads, lifts , delifts and all other incidental charges to complete the work in all rerspect including dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work *as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Chrage. Providing & fixing 25 mm dia anchor bars in foundation rock including drilling 35mm dia holes, fixing wedged anchor and grouting with cement mortar (1:4) complete including cost of HYSD bars of TATA / SAIL Make only, hire & running charges of all equipments and T&P etc required as per approved drawing and speciation with all leads, lifts & delifts and cost, conveyance & royalty, including cost of construction and maintainence of coffer dam, diversion of flow and dewatering as may be required for satisfactory completion of the work * with all incidental charges, cess etc. complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing weep holes in R.C.C walls with 100 mm dia PVC pipe of approved make, thickness & quality extending through the full width of the wall with slope of 1 V: 20 H with cost of all materials, labour,with all leads, lifts and delifts and all incidental charges, cess etc. complete as per approved drawing, specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: * The rates indicated above in the BoQ are estimated rates of all the items which do not include cost of dewatering.The work is to be executed on the river bed which will involve huge dewatering by use of well point pumps and other dewatering equipments. The bidder shall quote his rates considering all expenditure to be incurred towards construction & maintenance of coffer dam, diversion of flow and dewatering during execution of the work for which no extra payment shall be made.
