The bidder should have experience in the following areas: 1. Supply and installation of STEM LABs/Robotics LABs/Atal Tinkering LABs/ICT LABs/PAL LABs/Smart Class, with single orders of: - 50 to 70 Crores (5 Marks) - 71 to 100 Crores (10 Marks) - more than 100 Crores (15 Marks) 2. Teacher’s training/deployment of: - 1000 to 2000 teachers (5 marks) - 2001 to 4000 teachers (10 marks) - more than 4000 teachers (15 marks) 3. Supply of minimum 500 Robotic Kits, with: - 500 – 750 kits (3 Marks) - 750 - 1000 kits (5 Marks) - more than 1000 kits (10 Marks) 4. Successful undertaking of at least one project of similar assignments of value: - ₹50,00,00,000/- (Fifty Crores Only) or - Two projects of similar nature in system integration, not less than the amount ₹40,00,00,000/- (Forty Crores Only) each or - Three projects of similar nature in system integration, not less than the amount ₹30,00,00,000/- (Thirty Crores Only) each The average annual turnover of the Bidder should have a minimum INR 200 Crores, out of which INR 100 Crores from IT/ITES and Education Service during the last 3 financial years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder must secure a minimum of 70 marks out of 100 to be technically qualified, with a weightage of 70% for technical qualification and 30% for financial proposal.
