Providing & Laying moorum in layers not exceeding 225mm watering and compacting to the required density in O.M.C with vibratory Roller including cost and conveyance of moorum

Rolling & compacting to sub grade or formation loosening by cutting earth for 15cm below the sub grade including watering and compacting in layers by PRR, cost & conveyance of required quantity of water, cost of all labour sundries, T & P etc. required for the work to complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction, Providing, Supplying and fixing the pre-cast, pre-tensioned SFRC compound wall poles having finished dimension of 200mmx200mmx3000mm long, (providing the construction joint at the interval of 15.4mtr) made in M-30 grade concrete with 10 nos. of 4mm dia. HTPC (High Tension Pre Coated) wire, fixed in cast-in-situ PCC M-15 concrete in foundation footing of size 600 mm dia 750mm depth from top inside the pre-cast RCC collar (NP-2) of 600mm internal dia. & length of 750mm, placed over a base of P.C.C. (1:4:8) of size 680 mm dia., 100 mm depth including excavating foundation pit for each pole, in all kind of soil of size 680 mm dia., 850 mm depth including watering & curing for required days along with supplying, fitting & fixing of pre-cast, pre-tensioned SFRC slab having dimension of 2100mm (long) x 300mm (wide) x 50mm (thick) 7.5 nos. per span, made with M-30 grade concrete with 4mm dia. GI HTPC wire 4 nos. covering the top of the compound wall poles with a pre-cast SFRC cover of size (300X300X150) mm in order to prevent the slab pannels from removing. All complete as a set to be measured in term of running meter including such pre-cast, SFRC top cover, slab, pole, including painting two coats of approved weather coat paint over a coat of wall primer including curing cost and conveyance of all materials, royalties, taxes all labour, labour cess, T & P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Excluding cost of GST).

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S gate ( as per I.S. specification and as per approved drawings ) in proper position in all floors and at all height including making holes to brick walls/ R.C.C structure/wood work etc. and making good to the damaged walls/ structures with cement concrete (1:2:4) with black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm to 20mm size ( 20mm size not to exceeds 25% ) including watering and curing etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Plain cement concrete M-15 in sub-structure with crushed stone aggregates 40mm size technically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C works including false works and dismantling then after casting including cost of materials complete. For R.C.C foundation and plinth band footings bases of columns mass concrete pre-cast slabs etc.

Laying R.C.C pipe NP4 /Prestressed Concrete pipe (1200mm dia) for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with Cement mortar(1:2) but excluding excavation, protection work back filling concrete and masonry works

Providing and applying 2 coats of weather shield paint to unplastered concrete suface over a coat of cement wash after cleaning the surface of dirt dust, oil grease efflorescence.

Supply of 16 Meter , 20 sided polygonal hot dip galvanized high mast in two sections manufactured from HT steel. The top dia and bottom dia of high mast should be 150 mm and 460 mm respectively . The thickness of top and bottom section should be as per design considering 300 Km/Hr wind speed (Test certificate of HT steel to be furnished to prove the yield strength of 355 N/Sq. mm). silicon content in steel shall be less than 0.06%. The High mast and lantern carriege should be duly painted with P U Paint of approved colour . It shall include supply of all accessories like head frame, Two points suspension system with AISI 316 grade stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia having minimum breaking load capacity of 2350 KG(Test report of Govt. approved lab to be submitted) , double drum winch(Type test certificate of winch obtained from IIT/CPRI/National test houses in the name of high mast manufacturer) ,galvanized lantern carriage and 8 nos. 250 wt LED flood light fitting similar to Bajaj cat no: BENP 20 FL 250 W LED having extruded alluminium housing , IP 66 protection,IK 08 and should have protection against over voltage and over current. It should have minimum initial lumen out put of 35000 lm and 5700 K(+/-500) colour temperature .The power factor should be 0.95 or more and driver efficacy of 0.90 or more. It should have surge protection of minimum 10 KV or more. The high mast to be supplied along with LED luminaires complete with all accessories, lightening final, LED aviation obstruction light, integral power tool, motor, EPR trailing cable installed inside the base compartment and EN8 grade30 mm dia 850mm long foundation bolts for foundation. The anchor plate should be of 590 mm PCD and the panel consists of 32 Amp TPN MCB Incomer with 25 amp main contactor and 2 nos. 9 Amp auxillary contactor for raising & lowering system indication lamps. Design calculation considering wind speed for 300 km/hr to be submitted with tender . The Force coefficient is to be derived from the wind tunnel test report of the specimen mast needs to be submitted.The High mast and light fittings should be supplied of same make and the luminaires to be warrantied for a period of 3 years complete with supply of power cable for the high Mast.

Drilling, Lowering of Borewell of 6'' dia. Up to required depth as may be necessary with casing pipe/ pea gravel etc. including cost of submersisible pump, clearing the site providing sanitary sealing up to 5m depth below ground level required for the work to complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
