The bidder should have prior work experience, with the value of executed works brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The experience certificate for works done in joint venture (JV)/consortium with other firms/companies will be considered to the extent of its share in the JV/consortium or work done by them. The bidder can use the work experience of its subsidiary company to the extent of its ownership in the subsidiary company. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed "similar works" during the last 07 years. The similar works should meet one of the following criteria:
- Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 400 crore, whichever is less;
- Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 500 crore, whichever is less;
- One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender or Rs. 800 crore, whichever is less. The bidder should submit details of work experience certificates, including the value and percentage of similar works completed. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
