7 Meter GI Pole: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Round top 7 m octagonal galvanised tapered pole(above ground level), fabricated out of 3 mm thick sheet complete with in built junction box, base plate size 300 x 300 x20 mm ,two arm of ERW galvanised pipe of 60mm dia and 1m in length on two side of pole shaftas per detailed specifications.Pole should be made of BSEN 10025 grade mild steel, polygonal and continously tapered in three sections, hot dipped galvanised (as per BS EN ISO 1461 and suitable for wind velocity of 200 Km/Hr design life 25 years,terrain category -2.Juncion box shouldbe provided 500 mm above base plate with 4 Nos terminals on epoxy insulators, 2 No.6A SP MCB &1 no.neutral link.Base plate should have 4 Nos holes on each side suitable for mounting on RCC foundation 250 mm above FGL. 16 Meter Motorised HIGH MAST Pole: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of minimum 3 mm thick ,16 m high mast suitable for mounting 8 nos of 300W led flood light , made of BSEN 10025 grade mild steel, polygonal and continously tapered in three sections, hot dipped galvanised (as per BS EN ISO 1461 and suitable for wind velocity of 200 Km/Hr design life 25 years,terrain category -2.The high mast shall be complete with following accessories:1) Head frame2) Galvanised moveable lantern carriage suitable for luminaries and its control gear boxes as per design3) Double drum winch4) Compensating disc 5) SS hoisting rope 6) Trailing cable 7) Lightning finial 8) Foundation bolts and nuts 9) Anchor plate and template 10) Integral power tool at the base compartment. 11) An electrical junction box of FRP at base of mast at door level with 32A four poleMCB, single dial time switch,25A TP contactor for autometic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 nos of 9A contactor ,raise,lowre push button control wire required for operation , suitable socket for terminating trailing cable, 5pin 4 15V 16/20A socket for three phase power tool operation complete with internal wiring etc.Any other items required for motorised operation of the high mast pole.
