Complete maintenance of the existing Cricket ground of area 35000 sqmtr, including weeding, hoeing, replacement of grass with Bermunda Selection-1 (if required), gap filling, termite treatment, watering, mowing of existing field grass , cutting or treaming once to twice a month by diesel Lawn mover ( Heavy duty ), removal of waste, applying of insecticides, pesticides and fertilizers as per requirement, top dressing of the play ground with mixture of good earth, sand and organic manure etc complete with the removal of unwanted materials like stone and coal, if any, rolling the ground (minimum frequency of once a month or as per direction of EIC ) with 1250mm(width) x 600mm(dia) equal wheel 2 ton hydrostatic tandem sports ground roller inbuilt with diesel engine and hydraustatic transmission etc complete with the maintenance of other sports ground related works ( maintaining the ground tournament level ) as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:i) Cost of good earth,sand, manure, fertilizer, insecticides, pesticides will be paid extra. Lawn mover, Roller, flexible pipe for watering, required fuel ( petrol/diesel etc ), other T & P materials and articles shall be provided by the contractor. ii) Minimum 4nos of unskilled labours shall be deployed by the contractor @ 26 working days per month and 8 working hours per day basis. The contractor shall ensure for providing minimum wages and deposite of EPF and ESI to the labours as per the order of Chief Labour Commissioner, Govt. of India.

Supplying and stacking of good and soft ( no red and hard soil ) earth free from silt, roots and other foreign materials, suitable for sports ground (made of natural grass ) at site including royalty and carriage etc complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge. Note: Earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Providing or supplying and spreading of good quality NPK ( 15:15:15) @ 50gm/sqm on field etc complete as per direction of EIC.Note: The NPK pkts/ bags should be kept at custody of EIC before spreading the same at the field.
