Supply,installation, testing & commissioning of cubical type LT Panel,, IP 43 degree protection complete with necessary, MCB isolators, MCBs, earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) etc., including interconnections with appropriate capacity size of PVC insulated copper conductor wires,suitable for concealed mounting /wall mounting with MS frame work of 40 x 40 x 5 mm MS angle iron, with M.S. enclosure fabricated out of min 18 SWG thick M.S.CRCA sheet with concealed hinged door, locking arrangement etc., including earthing clamps for both incoming & outgoing circuits,interconnections, per phase isolation kit as required,cable end box & wire way box if required, continuous copper earth wire in the wire way box with single/duplicate brass earthing terminals, danger board, name plate, flexible earthing for the door, metal treatment & powder coated painting, Phase Distribution drawing etc., all as per drawings (G.A. & fabrication drawing to be got approved), etc., relevant IS & instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Notes: 2. Blanking Plates shall be included in scope of work. 1. MCB shall be minium 10k breaking capacity (type-C) 3.Enclosure shall be of standard readymade type as per catalouge no. from approved manufacturers as indicated in preferred makes of material. 4. The MCCB cubical type panel , IP-43 comprising of the following : Feeder Details:- INCOMER :- 1 no. 250 A, 36 kA, 415 volt 4P MCCB with overcurrent, short circuit & earthfault release & comprising of following:. i) 3 Ph Multifunction Meter, Model B, 5A, class 1 ii) Earth fault relay 100 amp Built in CBCT iv) Earth fault relay 250 amp Built in CBCT (v) Power Contactor 12 Amps with ON/OFF Selector Switch as required L&T Indicator (L&T ESBEE Make)- 22.5mm LED Lamp Yellow, Red, Green, Amber, Blue White (Red in all out going feedere) BUS BAR: - 400A TPN tinned copper bus bar having maximum current density of 800 to 1000A/sq.inch to withstand symmetrical fault level of 35 KA for 1 sec at 415 V. Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, 4 pole MCCB out going distribution board of sheet steel, IP 65, dust protected, duly powder painted,out door panel inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer ) as required . (Note : Vertical type MCCB Pabel board is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.) 8 way MCCB Panel board with following feeder details and along with multi function meter and others as required.
