Heating kit comprising strip heaters, thermostat, humidistat, safety thermostat. The minimum capacity of heaters shall be as indicated below. The heaters should be arranged in independently operating banks, in the main Return air at suitable location and the controls shall be housed in a separate factory fabricated box and complete as required. Heater capacity should cater for all seasonal variations and changes in equipment/product load from 0% to 100%. Heater bank shall be operated through humidistat and thermostat. Heaters shall be connected in equal capacity across each phase as per following.

Supply and Installation of 70 mm thick magnesium oxide board drywall Tufbloc partition system having (high water & fire resistance) which includes two layers of tufbloc magnesia square board having square edge & size 2400 X 1200 x 10 mm to be fixed on the either side of the GI stud channel framework in horizontal position of length side board. The frame work includes Floor / Head (FC 50) channels having thickness 0.06 mm length 3600 mm, equal flanges of 32 mm & web of 50 mm fixed to floor & ceiling with suitable fasteners at 300 mm centers staggered noise & fire rated silicon sealant to caulked along the perimeter of the partition frame before fixing channels. Then stud channels SC 48 having thickness 0.75 length 3600 mm, un equal flanges of 36 mm & web of 48 mm should be placed into the floor / head channels positioned vertically at 600 mm centers. Horizontal intermediate channel at 1200 mm centers to locked with the vertical studs. Extra reinforcement to be provided at openings (doors & Window). Apply Synthetic poly fiber 10 x 25 is 50 mm width,600/1200 mm density 1000 gsm filled between the studs & held in position by using chicken mesh wire / pasting on the board. Boarding is to done on each side of studs’ framework in a staggered pattern by the help of self-drilling screw at 300 mm centers. After boarding of two boards jointing & finishing is to be done by joint compound. Appropriate stair-case to go up to the top part has to be installed. The flush look will appear after standing the two boards joint properly to get a smooth look. The technical parameters of the boards - Density- 1000 kg / mt cube weight 10 kg/ mt sq, Fire -150 min acoustic STC - 50 db, climate OCRH - 50 ,99 Termite resistance - yes, Moister absorbent - 6.8% after 2 hr, wet expansion less than -0.02% from ambient to saturation, Moisture Movement - 0.02% Green - RC % - 30 Strength - Anti sag. Test reports of manufactures are to submitted at the time of delivering of materials and before the work starts.

Lighting: Appropriate lighting in all the partitioned areas with Warm white, Warm yellow and safe green light of 535nm LEDs must be fixed with independent control switch and timer control operation. Electrical wiring and safety MCBS may also be included. CCTV control with at-least 16 ports cameras with biometric entrance with cards and with thumb impression. Hanging halogen lamps for crop growth optimized fluence of about 1000micrmoles on the GI grow banks also needed to be installed on the top part of the partion. Appropriate comfortable sitting and analysis table chairs are required on the top partition for 06 people.

False sealing with moisture repellant material along with LED lights should be fixed. GI perforated wheel fixed tables and appropriate sitting arrangements on the top part of the hall partition. Size 50 mtr. X 25 mtr.

Humidification of top part with installation and commissioning of automatic water sprinkler system on the top part of the partition facing the roof with appropriate drainage to main exit line.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface/wall partition to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work
