Installation, testing & commissioning of Al. conductor armoured cable, in ground at adepth of 900 mm below ground level, sand bedding of 5 mm, laying of bricks on both side & top-, temporary reinstatement, back filling, dewatering, consolidation, disposal ofexcess earth within the radius of 500 m and making good to the original finish etc providing brass cable number tag,providing coloured cement concrte cable marker of size 1 feet above ground level in each 200 meter as per enclosed s pecifications, drawings & as per instructions of the EIC

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. (300sqmm) (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp in each 200 mm span)

Supplying and making end termination with brass double compression gland and tinned copper lugs with gland earthing with tinned copper flexible for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts or mounted on the wall with GI angle ,channel and necessary support etc etc. as required.300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Supply, Installation, testing & commisioning of floor mounting front operated front access extensible type cubicle panel totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof with IP-52 protection with hinged and lockable doors with 1 incoming and 16 outgoing feeders. Switchboards fabricated from 2mm thick CRCA sheets including interconnections tinned copper busbar of 160 A/square cm current density, crimping lugs, bonding to earth and powder coated paint with 7 tank process sheet treatment for use at 415V, 3phase 4 wire 50 Hzsystem, and to withstand a fault level of 50KA Asymmetrical for 1sec- at 415V.The general construction shall confirm to IS 8623: 1993 for factory assembled switchgear.Overall height of the panel should not exceed 2.4 meter.Maximum height of the Operating handle shoild not exceeed 1.7 meter.Incomer and bus section shall be separate and independent and shpuld not be mixed with sections required for outgoing feeders.The busbar system should comprise a main horizental bus bar at top and ancillary vertical busbar can run in the bus bar alleys on the other side of which feeder circuit can be arranged with front access cable entry.Space heater with minimum 100W along with thermostat and illumination with LED bulb should be provided in each vertical of the panel.LED indication of ON,OFF,TRIP should be provided in each feeder.
