Providing and applying 1st quality emulsion (water based 100% acrylic) or approved equivalent grade interior paint to all type of smooth plasters, concrete, ceilings etc surface. The surface to be painted shall be made free from any loose paint, dust, grease and any fungus, algae or moss, on it shall got be removed thoroughly by vigorous wire brushing and cleaning with water. Then two coats of wall putty white Wallcare Putty and one coat interior grade wall primer be applied after which any surface imperfection such as holes, dents, fine cracks shall be corrected by filling with synthetic grade putty. Thereafter sand the surface with emery paper 180 and wipe clean surface with imperfection to be corrected. Hereafter again sand the surface with emery paper 320 and wipe clean. To apply the premium emulsion in two coats. The color and pattern/ color combination of the paint shall be got approved from Engineer-in-charge/ Nabard Officials. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, ladders charges, storing & safeguarding the labour in all heights. Contractor has to take all risk insurance policy from reputed insurance agency before commencement of work, contractor has to provide all precautions’ and arrange safety belts, helmets to all working labours at site.
