Providing,supplying & laying in position machine mixed and machine vibrated reinforcement cement concrete of controlled M25 grade of specified volumetric proportion for cement concrete structural element in volumetric proportion (1:1.5:3) of any thickness (1 cement, 2 coarse sand, 2 Hard granite stone crusher broken aggregates of size 20 mm and down) in required thickness for foundation, columns, beam, slab,precast slab,raft, floor ,plinth beam, window sills, coping,walls, parapaet,drops, fins,chajjas, septic tank at different level in any shape using 20 mm and down size of hard crusher broken granite aggregates, necessary lift & lead,finishing concrete surface including cost of all materials but excluding the cost of reinforcemet, shuttering including cost of curing , transportation,loading,unloading,labour, T & P ,taxes duties,levies,octori,royalties etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. in Foundation & upto highest plinth level.

Supplying & fixing steel renforcement in superstructure for reinforcement concrete including transporting , decoiling, straighting, cutting. binding, placing in position at alllevel & binding with18-20 gauge soft drawn annealed bindingwire, welding if necessary complete as per specification & drawing etc complete as per Engineer -in-charge.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar of (1:4) to RCC surfaces such as ceilings of roof slabs, stairs, landings, chajja, shelves, columns, beams and lofts etc. including roughening/chipping, scraping and cleaning and finishing the plastered surface smooth using wooden floats, bars, etc. only to proper plumbs and level, making grooves, beads and drip coarse to give required ornamental finish as per drawing including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading,royalties, cost of all labour, scaffolding, staging, watering before plastering and curing, sundries and T&P, etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Premium emulsion (water based 100% acrylic) or approved equivalent grade exterior paint to all type of smooth plasters, concrete, ceilings etc surface. The surface to be painted shall be made free from any loose paint, dust, grease and any fungus, algae or moss, on it shall got be removed thoroughly by vigorous wire brushing and cleaning with water. Then two coats of wall putty white Wallcare Putty and one coat intrior grade wall primer be applied after which any surface imperfection such as holes, dents, fine cracks shall be corrected by filling with synthetic grade putty. Thereafter sand the surface with emery paper 180 and wipe clean and apply second coat of interior grade primer and again surface imperfection to be corrected and again surface imperfection to be corrected. Thereafter again sand the surface with emery paper 320 and wipe clean and then apply the premium emulsion in two coats. The color and pattern/ color combination of the paint shall be got approved from Engineer-in-charge/ Nabard Officials. The stock of the quantity for all material as manufacturer’s theoretical consumption (per unit of surface area) shall be made available at site before commencement of the painting work. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, ladders charges, storing & safeguarding the labour in all heights. Approved Make-: Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac or Equivalent.

Providing, fabricating and erecting in position Tensile Structure Car Parking for girders , beams, trusses , portals, columns, runners, purlins, bracings, using the rolled steel structural members Design, Load Calculations, Wind Calculations, GA Drawings, Fabrication, Erection, Loading, Unloading, Transportation, Painting Vendor scope (Imperial Tensile structures scope Of Works). MS Structure materials Apollo/Jindal/TATA YST 210/240 Grade and erecting in position of FABRIC Serge Ferrari 902S2 (950 GSM) Fabrics or equivalent 15Year Guarantee (30Year life expectancy) Survey, fabric, production, Pattern Design,Plotting,Cutting, High Frequency Welding, GI Wire Ropes, SS Terminals Supply, and Installation.The grinding/smoothening of members and all weld joints, fixing ,fittings of fabrics are to give a neat and clean appearance. The color and pattern/ color combination of the fabrics shall be got approved from Engineer-in-charge/ Nabard Officials. All HT bolts,nuts,washers 8.8/10.9 Grade. 2 coat primer for zinc coated metal Mild steel, prefinished and roller finish painted of 2 coat. of metalic surface coating such as universal beams, universal columns, channels etc, the size of tensile structure column, beams, channels runners are to be 50mm to 150mm and the size of column, runners are to be varies as per site requirement including straightening, welding , insert plates and angles with hold fasts, fillet welding, butt welding splicing, necessary edge preparation for butt welding, etc., all as per specifications and drawings. The weight of bolts and nuts shall not be paid separately. The rate includes necessary machining/grinding/smoothening of members and all weld joints before grid/shot blasting to give a neat and clean appearance.The rate also includes the erection machinery/equipment, temporary supporting structures and members required for erection etc complete including cost of primer and two coats of metalic surface coating of approved color equally and safety aspect.

Total Fabrication Works (B)

providing, supply, fixing of design lights and wiring to light points with multi stranded, copper wire drawn in suitable size, 2 mm thick PVC pipe (heavy duty), with all accessories i.e. bends, JB’s etc along with 1 run of 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated, 1100V grade, FRLS, multi strand, copper wire for earthling and complete in all respect including with use of modular type switches, ceiling roses, angle holders, M.S cover, as mentioned below & making good to the damages caused and as per the direction of the Engineer-in charge. The work includes supplying of PVC pipe (heavy duty), JB’s, elbows, bends, wires, switches, switch boards, design LED light and other required electrification etc. all complete as per directions of EIC. The design will be chosen by NABARD representative. (Approved make:- RR / Polycab / Syska / Finolex / Plaza & equivalent)
