Providing and fixing 1st quality vitrified glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, size or colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge/Nabard representative of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (For kitchen Wall). Including polishing of existing Granite top and provision for gas pipe hole. Approved Make : Kajaria OR EQUIVALENT.

Providing and laying antiskid tiles in floor and dado with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints. this quantity including dado Size of Tile 600x600 mm. Approved Make: Kajaria OR EQUIVALENT.

Providing and applying 2 coat putty and Premium emulsion (water based 100% acrylic) or approved equivalent grade interior paint to all type of smooth plasters, concrete, ceilings etc surface. The surface to be painted shall be made free from any loose paint, dust, grease and any fungus, algae or moss, on it shall got be removed thoroughly by vigorous wire brushing and cleaning with water. Then one coat of interior grade wall primer be applied after which any surface imperfection such as holes, dents, fine cracks shall be corrected by filling with synthetic grade putty. Thereafter sand the surface with emery paper 180 and wipe clean and apply second coat of interior grade primer and again surface imperfection to be corrected and again surface imperfection to be corrected. Thereafter again sand the surface with emery paper 320 and wipe clean and then apply the premium emulsion in two coats. The colour and pattern/ colour combination of the paint shall be got approved from Engineer-in-charge/ Nabard Officials. The stock of the quantity for all material as manufacturer’s theoretical consumption (per unit of surface area) shall be made available at site before commencement of the painting work. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, ladders charges, storing & safeguarding the labour in all heights. Contractor has to take all risk insurance policy from reputed insurance agency before commencement of work, contractor has to provide all precautions’ and arrange safety belts, helmets to all working labours at site.
