Providing,supplying & laying in position machine mixed and machine vibrated cement concrete of controlled grade of specified volumetric proportion for cement concrete structural element in volumetric proportion (1:2:4) of any thickness (1 cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 Hard granite stone crusher broken aggregates of size 20 mm and down) in required thickness at different level in any shape using 20 mm and down size of hard crusher broken granite aggregates, necessary lift & lead,finishing concrete surface including cost of all materials but excluding the cost of reinforcemet, shuttering including cost of curing , transportation,loading,unloading,labour, T & P ,taxes duties,levies,octori,royalties etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing,supplying & laying in position machine mixed and machine vibrated cement concrete of controlled grade of specified volumetric proportion for cement concrete structural element in volumetric proportion (1:1.5:3) of any thickness (1 cement, 1.5 coarse sand, 3 Hard granite stone crusher broken aggregates of size 20 mm and down) in required thickness for foundation, columns, beam, slab,precast slab,raft, floor ,plinth beam, window sills, coping,walls, parapaet,drops, fins,chajjas, septic tank at different level in any shape using 20 mm and down size of hard crusher broken granite aggregates, fabrication and fixing in position steel reinforcement for RCC structural member at different level in any shape as per drawing including lift and loading,unloading & transportating steel with ms binding wire 18 to 20 gauge with MS.rod/HYSD steel (Tata/Sail) including shuttering, cost of curing ,cost of transportation,loading,unloading,labour, T & P ,taxes duties,levies,octori,royalties etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing,supplying and constructing brick masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement :6 coarse sand)with fly-ash bricks having minimum crushing strength 70 kg/ sqcm including soaking the bricks in water vat for 24 hours before use in foundation at all levels beloe and upto highest plinth level with all necessary scaffolding ,racking out the joints, including cost of all materials, transportation, curing,loading,unloading,labour ,T & P ,taxes, duties,levies ,octori,royalties etc complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing, applying and finishing with 9 Layer acrylic synthetic flooring (2 layers of acrylic resurfacer, 5 layers cushion, 1 layer of filler coat, 1 layer of top coat and required white line marking) with proper work to make ground undulation free. The surface to be shall be made free from any loose paint, dust. The color and pattern/ color combination of the paint shall be got approved from Engineer-in-charge/ Nabard Officials. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, storing & safeguarding the labour, etc

Providing,supplying & applying cement outside plaster in line & level at all height above & below plinth level with cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 sand) including scaffolding, curing ,finishing smooth (The plastered surface shall be trowled till the surface shows cement paste) and chipping the concrete at all levels incuding cost of all materials, transportation,lift,loading,unloading curing, labour,tools and plants, taxes, duties, levies, octori,royalties etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing & laying best quality Chequered terrazzo tiles of approved make confirming to IS-15622 specifications in floor and skirting over proper cement slurry and epoxy based water proof adhesive to proper slope, line and level including cutting to required size and shape, fixing at corners and splays etc. Including finishing the joints with epoxy based water proofing grout to match the color and shade of tiles complete as per the design & drawing with cost of all materials, labour, conveyance T&P etc. All complete as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing, applying and finishing with water proofing acrylic smooth exterior tile/ surface paint on old stilt floor area, garden tile area and new outside plastered area, etc surface. The surface to be painted shall be made free from any loose paint, dust, grease and any fungus, algae or moss, on it shall got be removed thoroughly by vigorous wire brushing and cleaning with water. One or more coats applied @ 2020 kg/10 sqm over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litres/10 sqm complete including cost of priming coat. The color and pattern/ color combination of the paint shall be got approved from Engineer-in-charge/ Nabard Officials. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, ladders charges, storing & safeguarding the labour in all heights. Approved Make-: Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac or Equivalent.
