Back Filling of excavated earth :Back Filling of available excavated earth (excluding rock) in foundations, trenches, plinths, etc. in layers not exceeding 30 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by mechanical means/ manual means, ramming and watering, including loading, unloading, transportation by mechanical means all complete as per specifications and directions of MIC.#

Controlled earth filling over areas :Controlled earth filling over areas, road embankments, ramp etc. in layers of 30 cm to achieve dry density of 95% standard proctor density, at specified places as required by engineer, with approved earth from borrow pits or earlier excavated earth, including excavation at all depths and heights, transporting to places within 5 kms of plant boundary, loading, unloading, depositing, dressing, trimming, watering, compaction by mechanical means (Sheep foot/ Vibro compactor road roller having 10 to 12 tonne static load) with all bye works complete as per specifications and directions of MIC.#

Disposal of surplus earth : Disposal of surplus earth, dismantling materials, debris etc. generated during execution of work, including loading, unloading, transportation by mechanical means from site of work to designated areas inside plant, lead upto 3 kms, spreading, compacting, dressing all complete as per specifications and direction of MIC.#

Preparation of sub grade :Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with necessary number of passes using power road roller/ vibro-roller (8 to 12 tonne capacity) under optimum moisture conditions to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density (standard proctor density), to the required grade, level and alignment including making good the undulations, watering, re-rolling the sub grade etc. All complete as per specifications and directions of MIC.#

P/L black granite boulders :Providing and laying 22.5 cm thick black granite boulders for boulder soling and filling the interstices with crusher dust including cutting, loading, unloading, transporting, segregating, laying, packing with spoils, preparing the surface, watering, compacting with necessary number of passes using power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity. All complete as per the pecifications and directions of MIC. (Payments shall be made on the basis of consolidated thickness of boulder soling)#

P/L P.C.C. (1:4:8) :Providing & laying of plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 coarse sand : 8 stone aggregate) using 40 mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate, in foundation, plinth etc for all leads and lifts, including cost of all materials, tools, tackles, labour, centering, shuttering, mixing, transporting, placing in position, vibrating, finishing, curing etc, all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of MIC.(Cement shall be issued free of cost at NALCO stores).#

P/L design mixed M-30 grade RCC :Providing and laying in position design mixed M-30 grade cement concrete with graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size for RCC works, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automated batching plant and transported to site of work by pumping/ transit mixer or Self loading concrete mixer of minimum 4 cum capacity with batch mixing print out report for all leads and lifts, in all types of foundations, footings retaining walls, culverts, rafts, drains, chambers, roads, pavements, columns, beams, walls, slabs including supplying and mixing of plasticizer, super plasticizer / retarder as required, vibrating, placing of thermocol at expansion joints, removal of excess water by vacuum dewatering, finishing, providing 50 mm dia PVC pipe for weep holes as required etc. excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, etc all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of MIC. (Cement and reinforcement steel shall be issued free of cost at NALCO stores).free of cost at NALCO stores).#

Steel reinforcement : Fabricating and fixing in position HYSD steel reinforcement at all levels and positions including transportation from Nalco store, straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, welding, binding with wire of 18 gauge annealed wire conforming to IS 280, and providing cover blocks etc. for RCC works, all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of MIC. (Payment will be made on the basis of standard weight per metre length of the bar, Reinforcement steel be issued free of cost at NALCO stores).#

Centering, shuttering:Providing and fixing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc. for all types of works such as RCC foundations, wall, pavement, beams etc. with good quality shuttering ply of any shape and size including firmly fixing in position with screws, bolts, separators, tension devices, true to line and level, stripping off the same after specified period etc. for all heights and depth. All complete as per the drawings, specifications and directions of MIC.#

Bitumen hot sealing compound :Providing and laying in position bitumen hot sealing compound for expansion joints in the concrete roads/ pavements at suitable intervals including cleaning of theromocol placed during concreting for the top 25mm depth of the road and laying of approved quality sealant as per IS: 1834, using grade 'B' sealing compound etc. all complete as per the specifications and directions of MIC.#

Brickwork :Brickwork using Cement based FLY ASH bricks in foundations, plinth, drain, steps, manholes, Parapet etc. in CM 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including raking of joints, curing, scaffolding etc. all complete as per specifications and directions of MIC (Cement & bricks shall be issued free of cost at NALCO stores).#

15 mm thick cement plaster :Providing 15 mm thick cement plaster with CM 1:6(1 Cement : 6 Fine sand) on faces of walls, pillars, projection, bands, cornices, fins, sills etc.including raking out joints, if any left out, necessary finishing to line and level, dabbing, curing, scaffolding, drip course wherever required at all heights and depths. All complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of MIC. (Cement shall be issued free of cost at NALCO stores).#

Neat cement punning :Providing neat cement punning to plastered surface wherever required for drains or any other specified locations with all bye works, for all leads and lifts etc. All complete as per specifications and directions of MIC.(Cement shall be issued free of cost at NALCO stores).#

Dismantling brick work :Dismantling brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of nserviceable material within 100 metres lead with all labours, tools etc complete as per the specifications and directions of MIC.#

Dismantling P.C.C. work :Dismantling P.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 100 metres lead complete with all labours, tools etc complete as per the specifications and directions of MIC.#

Dismantling R.C.C. work :Dismantling R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including cutting & stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 100 metres lead complete with all labours, tools etc complete as per specification and direction of manager in charge.#

300mm dia R.C.C. Hume pipe :Supplying, transporting, laying and jointing 300 mm dia non-pressure NP2 class R.C.C. Hume pipes with collars joint, including grouting the joints in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) with all materials, labours, tools etc complete as per the specifications and directions of MIC. (Cement shall be issued free of cost at NALCO stores).#

500mm dia R.C.C. Hume pipe :Supplying, transporting, laying and jointing 500 mm dia non-pressure NP2 class R.C.C. Hume pipes with collars joint, including grouting the joints in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) with all materials, labours, tools etc complete as per the specifications and directions of MIC. (Cement shall be issued free of cost at NALCO stores).#

Crusher dust :Supplying, Transporting, stacking, spreading & compacting of Crusher dust/Granite stone of 4.25mm & below of approved quality and authorised sources. The rates inclusive of transporting, stacking, spreading, compacting, royalty, other levies and taxes etc. all complete as per the specifications and directions of MIC.#
