Preparation of sub grade :Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with necessary number of passes using power road roller/ vibro-roller (8 to 12 tonne capacity) under optimum moisture conditions to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density (standard proctor density), to the required grade, level and alignment including making good the undulations, watering, re-rolling the sub grade etc. All complete as per specifications and directions of MIC.

P/L Boulder soling : Providing and laying black granite stone boulders for soling/pitching and filling the interstices with Crusher dust including loading, unloading, transporting, segregating, laying, packing with spoils, preparing the surface, watering, compacting with necessary number of passes using power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity. All complete as per the specifications and directions of MIC. (Payments shall be made on the basis of consolidated thickness of boulder soling)

P/L PCC 1:4:8 : Providing & laying of plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand : 8 hard granite stone aggregate) using 40mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate, including cost of centering & shuttering, all complete as per specifications and directions of MIC. (Cement shall be issued free of cost at NALCO stores).

P/L RCC M30 grade :Providing and laying in position design mixed M-30 grade cement concrete with graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size for RCC works, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automated batching plant & transported to site of work by pumping/ transit mixer or Self loading concrete mixture of min 4 cum capacity with batch mixing print out report for all leads and lifts, including supplying and mixing of plasticizer, super plasticizer / retarder as required as per mix design, vibrating, placing of Bitumen Impregnated Fibre Boards of approved size at expansion joints, removal of excess water by vacuum dewatering, finishing, curing etc. excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, etc all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of MIC. (Cement and reinforcement steel shall be issued free of cost at NALCO stores).

Centering shuttering :Providing and fixing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc. for all types of RCC works with good quality shuttering ply of any shape and size including firmly fixing in position with screws, bolts, separators, tension devices, true to line and level, stripping off the same after specified period etc. for all depths All complete as per the drawings, specifications and directions of MIC.

Steel reinforcement :Fabricating and fixing in position HYSD steel reinforcement at all levels and positions including transportation from Nalco store, straightening, cutting, bending , cranking, welding, binding with wire of 18 gauge annealed wire conforming to IS 280, and providing cover blocks etc. for reinforced concrete works and any other place as specified complete, as per drawings, specifications and directions of MIC. (Payment will be made on the basis of standard weight per metre length of the bar, Reinforcement steel be issued free of cost at NALCO stores).

S/L 150 mm dia hume pipe :Supplying, transporting, laying and jointing 150 mm dia non-pressure NP2 class R.C.C. Hume pipes with collars joint ,including grouting the joints in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) with all materials, labours, tools etc complete as per the specifications and directions of MIC. (Cement shall be issued free of cost at NALCO stores).

P/L bitumen sealing compound :Providing and laying in position bitumen hot sealing compound for expansion joints in the concrete roads/ pavements at suitable intervals including cleaning of the top 25mm depth of the road and laying of approved quality sealant as per IS: 1834, using grade 'B' sealing compound etc. all complete as per the specifications and directions of MIC.
