Aluminum Torsion Spring Perforated Ceiling System : Supply & fixing of torsion spring Tile Ceiling System comprising of Tile of 600mm wide and 600mm long manufactured out of 0.7mm thick Aluminum perforated to 3.0mm Dia Holes, with 20-22% open area. The metal ceiling panels shall be downward accessible with a minimum of four (4) torsion springs per panel. The Tile will be manufactured on advanced equipment that includes several stages of manufacturing process, and special process of leveling to achieve flat panels. Torsion Spring panel with two side legs die formed and two end legs die formed and punched to receive torsion springs (min two springs each end or side) for secure engagement into C Channel Grid main runners which are factory punched to receive torsion springs. Tiles will be square edged. The metal ceiling panels shall be downward accessible with a minimum of four (4) torsion springs per panel. The Tile shall be Polyester powder coated in white colour. Panel will be electrostatically powder coated with minimum 70 micron coating thickness. All ceiling shall be Green pro/TAIM Certified: For LEED certification by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) .Ceiling manufacturer should have in-house testing lab and powder coating line in India. Main Runners: C 2000 Multi slotted carrier 30x60x10mm, to have pre punched slots to receive torsion springs for secure engagement of panels. 100% panels to be demountable & hingeable with spring mechanism. Entire ceiling module shall be suspended with 6mm Threaded Rod with Hilti Fasteners. Paint Finish: Panel will be electrostatically powder coated with minimum 70 micron coating thickness. Fire Retardant: The system will meet Fire retardant standard of BS 476: Part 6 & Part 7 Acoustic Felt: Non-woven felt made of glassreinforced fiber glued over the perforation for sound absorption. P& F truely levelled and aligned false flooring / cavity flooring upto 600 mm deep consisting of (A) 3mm thick 30mm dia hot dipped galvanised M.S. seamless pipe studs @ 610mm c/c both ways fixed to flooring with base MS plates and MS check nut welded to plates (B) 100X100X8 mm hot dip galvanised MS plates @ 610 mm c/c both ways fixed to floor with 4 nos. 40mm long 6mm dia. MS dash fasteners ( C) jack head made of pressure die cast aluminium alloy 2.5 mm thick having channel shaped projections in four directios 5mm thick brackets four pin head on top, 30mm dia., 30mm long sleve fitted underside of jack head , the jack head fixed to pipe to pipe studs with MS check nuts to privide level adjustment 25 mm (D) machine cut cold rolled MS channels of 40x40x3015 mm section snapped on to the jack head & fixed by corner shrunk screw in both directions to form.

12.29) Providing and fixing false ceiling with 12 mm thick plain/ semiperforated or with design ceiling tiles of BWP type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bonded pressed particle board conforming to IS:3087, finished with a coat of aluminium primer on both sides & edges, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality on exposed face, fixed to a grid made out of anodised aluminium (with 15 micron anodic coating) T-sections 35 x15x1.5 mm size main runners, cross runners 23.5x19x1.5 mm fixed to main runners placed 600 mm centre to centre both ways so as to form a grid of 600 mm square. The frame work shall be suspended from ceiling by level adjusting hangers of 6 mm dia M.S rod fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats and dash fastener. The suspenders shall be placed 600 x 1200 mm centre to centre including fixing to the frame with C.P brass screws and applying a priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (aluminium frame work shall be paid separately).

15.57) Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing, false ceiling and false flooring including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

10.2) Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.(ALL THE REQIRED STRUCTRAL STEEL MATERIAL TO BE PROCURED BY THE AGENCY)

15.18) Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50metres lead.

21.1.1.2) Providing and fixing of powder coated ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron ) fixed portion aluminium work for doors, windows,ventilators and partions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make and fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary fitting up the gaps at junctions,i.e. at top bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc.Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle,Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling C.P. brass /stainless steel screws ,all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-charge (Glazing and paneling to be paid seperately)

21.1.2.2) Providing and fixing of powder coated ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron ) fixed portion aluminium work for doors, windows,ventilators and partions including providing and fixing of hinges/pivots/and making provision for fixing with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make and fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary fitting up the gaps at junctions,i.e. at top bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc.Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle,Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling C.P. brass /stainless steel screws ,all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-charge (Glazing and paneling to be paid seperately)

21.3.2) Providing and fixing glazing with floating glass panes of 5.50mm thickness in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

21.5) Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-incharge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately)

21.8.1) Filling the gap Upto 5mm depth and 5mm width in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.

21.13) Providing and fixing 100mm brass locks (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

21.4.2) Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring with brass cover plate minimum 1.25mm thickness of approved brand and manufacture , having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

9.83) Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

9.101.2) Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door Twin rubber stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete

9.96.1) Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts size 300x16mm , ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete :

9.97.2) Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts size 25x10mm, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :

PART-B ELECTRICAL WORKS

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point/Occupancy sensor point with 2.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated multi strand copper wire in surface / concealed/ recessed PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box. Earthing the each point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated multistrand flexible copper conductor etc. as required and as directed by EIC. 4 Nos of Lights shall be controlled from One Switch & 01 No of Fan/ Exhaust Fan from one Switch. All the consumable including copper wire, PVC conduit pipe, casing caping , clamping, cable ties etc shall be supplied by the Party.

Sub-main circuit wiring: Supply and laying of multistrand flexible copper wire of approved quality inside 25 MM independent black PVC conduit pipe 2" height PVC 1B with 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm copper wire(Green colour) as continuous earth with 02nos of wires (Phase & Neutral). The job includes termination of both ends through proper jointing materials. All the materials including PVC pipe, bend, connector, clamps, wire etc as required shall be supplied by the party. The work shall be carried out as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

2(a) Multistrand 2(1x2.5 Sqmm) Copper wire (Red & Black) + 2.5 sqmm Green wire

Supplying & Fixing of following size / modules, GI box along with modular base & cover plate for modular switches/sockets etc in recess etc as required and as per the direction of EIC.

Supplying & fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6A modular socket outlet & 5/6A modular switch , connection etc as required and as per the direction of EIC.

Supplying & fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6A & 15/16A modular socket outlet & 15/16A modular switch , connection etc as required & as per direction of EIC.

Supply & fixing of 10 way (4+24) double door surface/recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V , TPN MCB distribution Board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer) as required. The DB shall suitable for mounting 1 no 63A 4P, ELCB/RCBO along with 10 nos 20Amp DP MCBs.

Supplying & fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole RCBO/ELCB with thermomagnetic release and terminals spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connects etc as required (a) 63A, 10KA, 4 pole RCBO/ELCB

Supplying & fixing 20A rating , 240/415 V, 10KA, "c" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive of following poles in the existting MCB DB complete with connections, testing & commissioning et as required & as per direction of EIC.

Shifting & laying of Cables over ground in ready structures, surface, wall, cable trays, etc upto 3.5CX50 sq mm with proper saddling, clamping & dressing & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge . Cable shall be supplied by Nalco as when required.

End Termination of LT Power Cables above 3.5 CX25 sq mm upto 3.5CX95 sqmm including supply of metallic DC Gland & required amount of Aluminium Sockets & as per the direction of EIC.

Fixing of 2"X2", 36W recess fixtures on location, fabrication of supports, clamps, welding or grouting complete as required including supply of all sundry materials, testing and commissioning the same to give a aesthetic look and as per the direction of EIC.

Supply of recess fittings as per attached specifcation (Annexure-I of SOW). Party to submit the test certificates as per the demand of Nalco

Supply ,fabricating and laying of GI earthing strips/ GI wire rope of the following sizes for electrical equipments earthing like motors, local isolators, safety switches where ever not available including welding, cutting, painting,socketing, connecting the same with existing earth strips/ pits as required as per direction of Engineer in charge. All the consumables like gas, welding rod, welding machine materials etc are under the scope of the party.

GI Flexible wire/rope 8mm / strip 25x3 mm

Dismantling of following electrical equipments, segregating the usable material & shifting the scrape at Nalco Store and as per the direction of Engineer incharge.
