2.25) Back filling with selected excavated earth or any other materials around the foundations, under floors, pavements or any other places in layers not exceeding 15 cm, watering and ramming, consolidating etc. all complete as per the specification or instruction of Engg-In-Charge.

4.1) Providing and laying plain cement concrete (using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand)at all depths below ground level,and up to plinth level, in foundations, fillings, non-suspended floors,for flooring,septic tank,plinth protection,pavement, including tamping, dewatering, curing etc. But excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed by E-I-C.in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc. all complete [CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE]

4.1.13) P.C.C.1:2.5:4:11 (1 cement: 2.5 fly ash:4 course sand: 10 graded 40mm stone aggregate).

4.1.3) P.C.C 1:2:4(1 cement :2 Sand: 4 20mm graded stone aggreagates of 20 mm and down size)

5.1.2) Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of (1cement:1.5 sand:3graded stone aggreagates of 20 mm and down size) using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand, work in foundations up to plinth from any depth below ground level, beams,coloums,walls in vertical or horizontal, landing, pillars,piers,abutments,posts and struts etc. including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete. ( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

5.2.2) Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of (1cement:1.5 sand:3graded stone aggreagates of 20 mm and down size) using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand, work in superstructure up to floor V level,roofs, slabs, lintels, beams,chajjas, coloums,walls in vertical or horizontal, fins,bressummers,shelves, suspended floors, landing, balconies, pillars,piers,abutments,posts and struts,circular fins or concrete of any shapes etc.in super structure at all heights including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

5.9) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings, columns, suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves, lintels, beams, chajjas, girders, bressumers, cantilevers, pillars, posts, struts and stair cases and all types of RCC work at any depth below ground level/up to all heights above ground level in any floor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

5.22.4) Bending / Binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement conforming to IS:1139 or cold twisted deformed bars reinforcement conforming IS:1786 for R.C.C. work at all height and depths, carting the same from store / issue points to site of work, straightening, cleaning, bending to required shape and lengths as per details, including supplying and binding with contractor's own soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused / scrap / unserviceable steel to owner's storage point etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C. [REINFORCEMENT STEEL / TOR STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE]

5.15) Providing, hoisting and fixing upto all floor level pre-cast reinforced cement concrete in lintels, beams, bressummers, jalis,mouldings as in cornices, window sills, posts, struts and shelves etc. including finishing and plastering withcement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm on exposed surfaces to give a smooth & even surface,including centring, shuttering, and curing etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:2:4(1 cement:2 finesand: 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm & down size) etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C. . [CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.]

7.1.1) Providing and laying Random rubble masonry (using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand) with approved hard stone in drains, foundation, plinth, walls below ground up to any depth and upto plinth level above ground level, culverts, retaining wall in all size and upto all hight with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) levelling up with 1:6:12 ( 1 cement:6 coarse sand : 12 stone aggregate 20mm size.) concrete,including curing, cost of the stone/materials, royalty etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. . (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

6.1.2) Providing and laying brick masonry with fly ash bricks in foundation, up to all depth in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand ) using Nawarngapur or approved quality sand with brick class designation 50 including curing and racking out joints,scaffolding etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C. ( FLY ASH BRICKS and CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

6.4.2) Providing and laying brick masonry with fly ash bricks in foundation,super structure up to all hight in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand ) using Nawarngapur or approved quality sand with brick class designation 50 including curing and racking out joints,scaffolding etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.( FLY ASH BRICKS and CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

10.2) Providing, fabricating, erecting in position and testing/examining bolted and/or welded STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS at all levels and locations, including all type of sections , builtup sections / compound sections and/ or plates/bent plates (including supplying, fabricating, fixing and keeping in position at all levels and locations, threaded anchor bolts of all diameters and nomenclature, including nuts, washers, anchor plates, pipe sleeves etc. in foundations. Columns etc ) in trusses, purlins, wind ties, wind girders, columns, portals, racks, portals, bracings, platform, staircases , ladders, stoppers, side runners, sag rods, hand rails etc including transporting to site , storing, cutting to required size, straightening/ bending if required, edge preparation, cleaning, preheating, bolting/ welding of joints, ( including sealing the joints of box sections with continuous welding, finishing edges by grinding, fixing in line and level with temporary staging and bracing and removal of the same after erection, grouting with free flow non-Shrink Grout including preparation and submission of detailed fabrication drawing, preparing the surface for painting and applying one coat of shop primer complete as specified and directed by trhe E.I.C. ( ALL REQUIRED MATERIALS SHALL BE SUPPLIED BY THE AGENCY AT THEIR OWN COST. )

(a)) Same as item 10.2 above but for using general structural steel sections like M.S Beam, channel, angle, plate, round bars, flats, etc.

(b)) Same as item 10.2 above but for using Steel tubes (Square/rectangular/circular) in all classes and sizes( (TATA Structura or equivalent) for long and short span steel trusses and structures.

(c) ) Same as item 10.2 above but for using Scrap/used/new MS pipes in all classes and sizes up to 300mm nominal bore. (Shall be issued free of cost from NALCO Scrap yard or any other location)

13.2.2) Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster(using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand) in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6 sand) on the rough sides of single or half brick wall or masonary work using approved type of sand including applying water to surface before plastering,scaffolding including curiing up to 7 days etc., all complete for all height etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C. (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE )

13.8) Providing and applying white cement based putty (for external and internal surface) of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc.all complete as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.

13.46.1) Providing and applying arcylic paint over New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm), to give an even shade after removing the foreign particle with wire brush etc. ( where ever required) on new work specified at all heights including all labour , tools , tackles scaffolding , consumables and materials required for the work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

13.61.1) Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturers in all shades on all types of surface like steel / wood / concrete / plaster / for letterings etc. all complete up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge ,including the cost of all materials,scaffoldings, tools, tackles and labours.

10.28) Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, ( for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered).

26.7) Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium item.s The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

11.20.4) Providing and laying Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). etc. all complete as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.[ ONLY GREY CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.]

11.39) Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles (reputed brand i.e. johnson/kajaria/RAK) of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White,Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as per the direction of Engg-in-Charge.[ ONLY GREY CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.]

11.36) Providing & laying Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles (reputed brand i.e. johnson/kajaria/RAK) 5mm thick in platforms, skirting,toilet walls etc.laid on bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement:3 coarse sand), applying cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm ,including supply of required white cement/colour pigment,curing, finished with flush pointing in white cement etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.[ ONLY GREY CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.] .

26.1) Providing and fixing aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account).

13.86) Painting, two or more coats with automative quality paint, of approved brand and manufacture, (ESDEE or equivalent) with spraying machine to present an even surface, over one coat of metal primer of automative quality, (ESDEE or equivalent) over two coats of metal putty of ESDEE orequivalent make, properly smoothened to give an even finish, applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

15.7.4) Demolishing brick work In cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15.9.2) Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

15.3) Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

15.18) Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats, sheets and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

11.01) Providing & fixing of letters of any language of approved patterns made with stainless steel (Grade-304) including base plate at back side,matching to the size of letter,over vertical masonry etc.all complete as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.
