Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: - Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and details of locations at which the local value addition is made. - Declaration relating to the percentage of local content certified by the statutory auditor or cost auditor (for bid value more than Rs 10 Crore). - Certificate from a practicing Cost Accountant/ Chartered Accountant for copies of Purchase Orders along with invoices. - Certificate from a practicing Chartered Engineer for copies of completion certificate from the customer/owner of the project.
