Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundations, drain, trenches, pavements, manholes, wall footings, pipe lines, cable trenches, pits in or under water and/or liquid mud, including pumping out water as required. etc. (for depth exceeding 3.5 m, but not exceeding 5.0 )for all kinds of works including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms etc including getting out the excavated soil and disposal or stacking of surplus excavated materials within a lead up to 50 mtrs, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed as directed with all cost complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Excavation of hard rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundations, trenches, wall footings, retaining wall , pits etc. for all depth , for all kinds of works including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms etc , including getting out the excavated rock and stacking of rock for rectangular/square measurement within a lead up to 1.0KM , as directed with all cost complete and direction of Manager-in-charge. ( measurement shall be done as per stack(s) and deduction of voids )

Filling available excavated earth excluding rock in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 100 M and for all depths complete as per direction of the manager in charge.

Supplying and filling of Sand not exceeding 200mm thick including watering, ramming, compacting, leveling, dressing etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position Plain cement concrete of proportion 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size) including curing, tools, tackles, labour etc. complete. excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and as per specification, drawing and direction of Manager in charge.(Cement shall be issued free of cost from NALCO stores).

Providing and laying in position design mixed M-25 grade cement concrete with graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size for RCC works, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automated batching plant and transported to site of work by pumping/ transit mixer or self loading concrete mixer of minimum 4 cum capacity with batch mixing print out report for all leads and lifts, in all types of foundations, footings, retaining walls, culverts, rafts, drains, chambers, roads, pavements, columns, beams, walls, slabs including supplying and mixing of plasticizer, super plasticizer / retarder as required, vibrating, placing of thermocol at expansion joints, removal of excess water by vacuum dewatering, finishing, providing 75 mm dia PVC pipe for weep holes as required etc. excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, etc all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Manager in charge. (Cement and reinforcement steel shall be issued free of cost at NALCO stores).

Placing of Tor Steel Reinforcement for RCC work including transportation from nalco store, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with wire all complete as per specification and direction of Manager-in-charge. (Reinforcement shall be issued as FIM from NALCO's store)

Providing & fixing Centering and shuttering with steel plate, ply wood, steel scaffolding for all type of RCC/PCC work in Foundation & superstructure at all heights for walls,raft, retauning wall, columns, beam, jambs, pilaster ,butteresses,trenches & string courses including strutting, bracing, propping etc., keeping the same in position during concreting and removal of the same after specified period as per specifications including keeping necessary provision for inserts and providing dowels etc. all complete and as per specifications and directions of Manager in charge.

Dry stone pitching including Supply ,Stacking & laying of black hard granite stone boulder of 20 cm to 22.5cm thick properly hand packed ,filling interstics with spalls after dressing of area upto cutting of earth 150mm thick if required etc complete as per instruction of the Manager-in-charge.

Dismantling of Brick Masonary work including supplying of all tools, tackles, machineries, labour etc complete,stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material etc at the designated place within 200 metres lead as indentified by the manager in charge all complete.

Demolishing/Cutting of stone boulder including supplying of all tools, tackles, machineries, labour etc complete,stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material etc within 200 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge all complete.( Measurement shall be as per stock and reduction of voids)

Dismentaling of PCC/RCC including disposal of debris to identified area within a lead of 2.0 KM as directed including all tools, tackles with all complete. As per the directions of Manager-In-Charge.

Brick masonry work with fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) etc in foundation, plinth culverts, parapets etc with all materials, labour tools and tackles in line and plumb, raking out joints and curing etc all complete as per specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.(Fly ash brick and cement shall be issued from NALCO's store)

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 for all height including curing, scaffolding, tools, tackles, labour etc. complete.(Cement shall be issued as FIM from NALCO's store)

Providing & Laying Random Rubble masonary work with hard stone in foundation and plinth with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including levelling, finishing etc complete as per specifications and instructions of the Manager in charge. Cement shall be issued as free issue material from NALCO' store.

Providing Raised and cut pointing Cement pointing on stone masonary surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 for all type of pointing with all associated works complete as per specifications & instructions of the Manager in charge. Cement shall be issued as free issue material from NALCO store.

Providing neat cement punning including watering, curing etc. all complete at all depth, height, and levels as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.Cement shall be issued as free issue material from NALCO store.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes 100mm dia for weep hole,drain pipes etc. including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings of any approved make confirming IS-1239 all complete including cost of fittings , accessories etc as per instruction of the Manager in charge.

Deployment of Stone/ Boulder/Rock Breaker Machine PC 210/220 or equivalent for miscellaneous works like breaking of stone,boulder ,Hard rock etc inside river including cost of operator, fuel, tools & tackles etc., all complete as per the direction of Manager- In-Charge.

Transportation charges of Stone/Boulder/Rock Breaker Machine PC 210/220 or equvalent from any distance including cost of Troller if required , Pilot ,Helper,loading, unloading & transportation in each way , tools & tackles etc., all complete and as per the direction of Manager- In-Charge.
