Supplying and filling approved sand in layers of loose thickness not exceeding 200mm including watering, ramming, compacting, leveling, dressing etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of MIC.

Transporting and disposing the surplus earth, debris and soft rock including shrubs and vegetations from construction area beyond the initial lead of 50m up to 3.0 km including re-excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, transportation, loading, unloading, laying at all depths and h eights, stacking, levelling and dressing both the area (viz. from where the earth is transported and where it is deposited) to required levels and slopes complete with all lifts as directed. For carting on the basis of truck measurements (volume of truck reduced by 20% for voids) as directed by MIC.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering, shuttering for all works at all depth and heights complete. (Cement free issue)- 1:4:8 Using 40mm & down size stone aggregate as directed by MIC.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of M-20 (design mix) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per specification, drawing and direction of MIC (Cement free issue)- For all works in sub structure below plinth level.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of M-20 (design mix) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, and reinforcement as per specification, drawing and direction of MIC (Cement free issue)- - For all works in super structure above plinth level with surface of the wall shall be smooth finished and honeycomb free.

Providing and fixing centering and shuttering in foundations, footings, footings, raft beams, slabs, retaining walls, jambs, counter-forts, buttresses, trenches, equipment/machine foundations, pedestals, abutments, pipe sleepers, columns, plinth beams, lintels, suspended slabs, beams, staircases, landings, steps, chajjas including strutting, bracing, propping etc., keeping the same in position during concreting and removal of the same after specified period etc. for straight/inclined shuttering, keeping necessary provision for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture etc. all complete and as specified and directed.-For all depths below plinth level as directed by MIC.

Taking delivery at NALCO store, transporting, cutting, placing, fixing in position tor/plain steel reinforcement of all diameters including the angles/pins provided for the approved welded joints at all levels & locations for reinforced concrete and precast reinforced concrete works including cutting , bending, cranking, binding, tack welding ,providing & tying with binding wire and cover blocks as per drawings ,specifications and direction of M-I-C including straightening & decoiling wherever necessary ,all materials, tools, plant & labour complete .

Demolishing brick masonry wall by manually/ by mechanical means including removing the mortar, stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material in low leying area within a lead of 50 metres. Serviceable bricks to be handed over to Nalco as per direction of MIC.

Dismantling/ demolishing of RCC work including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100mtr.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) as directed by MIC.

Providing & fixing of ZAL (Zinc Aluminium) Super Razor Punched Barb Tape (SRPBT) of Aluminum base (Consec make or equivalent) helix coil of 610mm dia(Before stretch) with specification such as (i) No of circles:-50 turns per coil (ii) Coverage per coil:- 6 Mtr. . (iii) Clipping Points per Helical Loop : 5 nos (iv) Central core wire:- Made from 2.60 mm dia Spring Steel Core wire of 1670 N/m2 Tensile strength as per IS-4454 galvanised as per IS-2629 (v) Razor Punched Strip:- Razor punched tape is ZAL Steel comprising of Aluminum base with Zinc alloy @ 150 gm/ m2 conforming to ASTM A-792/A-792M with additional primer treatment of Epoxy/ Polyurethane & Final Paint Top coat of caulifield green shade(BSL 139) by Hot Dipping process. Barb Tape Length -23.50 mm, Barb Width-18.60 mm , Barb Spacing-36.00 mm , Centre Width-7.40 mm. Colour: Caulifield Green (BSL -139 )with 2nos. ZAL HARPOON RIPPER Horizontal Runner Strands (Consec make or equivalent) with specification such as (i)Central core wire :- Made from 2.60 mm dia Spring Steel Core wire of 1670 N/m2 Tensile strength as per IS-4454 & galvanised as per IS-2629 . (ii) Razor Punched Strip:- Razor punched tape is ZAL Steel comprising of Aluminum base with Zinc alloy @ 150 gm/ m2 conforming to ASTM A-792/A-792M with additional primer treatment of Epoxy/ Polyurethane & Final Paint Top coat of caulifield green shade(BSL 139) by Hot Dipping process. Razor punched Barb Tape length 60mm & Barb spacing 100.00mm as per IS: 513 DD grade comprising of 12-18 micron at all heights on boundary wall along with structural posts placed at suitable distance tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal runner, including necessary GI nut bolts tied to angle iron, all complete along with scaffolding ,staging ,platform etc as per direction of manager-in-charge, ( Structural posts will be paid separately as per item No-17)

Fabricating, erecting & painting miscellaneous steel structure made out of M.S. joist, angles, channels, flats, plates rods, chequred plate, pipes rails etc. including the cost of all transportation from NALCO store, Labour, consumables, cutting, welding, grinding ,applying one or more coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two or more coats of enamel paint of Asian/Berger/Dulux , tools & necessary hoisting arrangement, cutting grooves/holes for proper alignment , making pocket on RCC boundary wall if required & making good the same after erection with non shrink grout, scaffolding ,staging ,platform and making joints with old structure at any elevation wherever necessary etc as per the direction of the Manager-in-charge.( At any Elevation) (Structural steel will be provided as FIM)

Welding by electrical plant with MS/GI pipes including transpiration of electric welding plant at site etc. complete all cost and conveyance.

Hire charges for supply of construction equipment for miscellaneous work including cost of operator, fuel etc all complete as directed by Manager-in-charge. .-J.C.B Excavator
