Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kind of soil with all leads and lift including dressing and leveling the bed sides up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P for shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required etc. complete as per the drawing, designing including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as directed by the engineer- in- charge.

Filling in foundation trenches, plinths, sites of foundation, in the space below the grade level slab and other underground structures with good quality river sand (inclusive of cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes, loading and unloading) laying in layers not exceeding 225mm in thickness, filling, watering and compacting / ramming, in each layers or complete as per specification, drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete for unreinforced cement concrete works of proportion (1:4:8) with 40mm size crusher broken hard granite (CBHG) metal of approved quality and from approved quarry in foundation bed and floors including cost of labour, materials (inclusive of cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes, loading and unloading) & equipments for handing, transportation, batching, mixing, placing in position vibrating, curing for __ days complete as per specification drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C work of prop M20 having minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516using 12mm to 20mm size (1/2” to ¾”) crusher broken hard black granite chips of 20mm size (not to exceed 25%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hosting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28days, cost of rigid and smooth centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer in charge including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work completion in all respects as per direction of Engineer in charge but excluding cost of M.S rod / Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills. Slab -

Straightening, cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary ) coiled/ bent up MS Rods /Tor Steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 gauge binding wire required for R.C.C work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete (weight of binding wire will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on actual weight of M.S rods or Tor steel linear measurements of rod for finished item of works. 5% wastage and lap length are included in the finished rate).

Providing & laying cement concrete of prop. (1:2:4) in road work using 12mm size crusher broken hard granite chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying in the layers not exceeding 150mm thick hoisting, lowering, laying, watering and curing etc. complete to the required levels including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&p etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Construction of Coffer Dam with sand bags placing in proper position in Drain & removing the same after construction work is over etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dewatering of waste water using 5 Hp pump including cost of fuel etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Removal of excavated earth & Dismantaling materials away from work site by mechanical means up to 5km lead and lift etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
