R.C.C. work of M20 having minimum compressive strength (working stress) 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using 12mm to 20mm size (1/2” to 3/4”) crusher broken hard black granite chips of 20mm size (not to exceed 25%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28 days, cost of rigid and smooth cantering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of M.S. rod/Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills.Drain Bed

Straightening, cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary) coiled/bent up M.S. rods/Tor Steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 gauge binding wire required for R.C.C. work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete (weight of binding wires will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on actual weight of M.S. rods or Tor steel linear measurements of rod for finished item of works. 5 % wastage and lap length are included in the finished rate).

Shoring & shuttering for the excavated trench up to a depth of 1.5m from GL including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc.

Dewatering of waste water from drain inlet to outlet at the time of work in pogress by 5 HP Disel pump set, including hire charges of pump set, cost of fuel etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in Reinforcement concerte U type open drain & box type closed drain with 50mm PVC pipe extending through in full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing foce complete as per drawing and technical.

Remove excavate materials from the site by mechanical means with loading and unloading the same within 5 kms lead as per direction of enginner in charge .

Supply, fitting & fixing of Transperency Board for various development work in CMC including Photography and other unforseen item i.e. nonplastic etc labour engaged complete.
