Earthwork in all kinds of soil in excavation of foundation trenches for columns, basement, tie beams, walls and steps in all kinds of soil including moorum, hard stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed sides up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P for shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required etc. complete as per the drawing, designing including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in slushy soil (in water upto 0.60m. depth requiring the aid of pans & vessels) within 50 mtrs. initial lead and 1.50 mtrs. initial lift including T&P for shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required etc. complete as per the drawing, designing including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling the foundation and plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement concrete for unreinforced cement concrete works of proportion (1:3:6) with 4cm. Size crusher broken hard Granite(CBHG) metal of approved quality and from approved quarry in foundation bed and floors including cost of all labour, materials( inclusive of cost , conveyance, royalities, taxes, loading and unloading) & equipments for handing, transportion, batching, mixing, placing in position vibrating , curing for- days complete as per specificationdrawing and direction of the Engineer- in - charge with all taxes, lead,T & P etc all complete

R.C.C. work of M20 having minimum compressive strength (working stress) 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using 12mm to 20mm size (1/2” to 3/4”) crusher broken hard black granite chips of 20mm size (not to exceed 25%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28 days, cost of rigid and smooth centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of M.S. rod/Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills. Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. work including false work and dismantling after casting including cost of all labour, materials, T&P required etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the Dimantle &excavated materials from site by mechanical means up to 5km lead with loading and unloading complete as per yhe direction of EIC
