Supplying and filling the foundation and plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete of prop. (1:3:6) in foundation bed and floors using 40mm nominal size down graded, screened, washed hard black crusher broken granite metal of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying in the layers not exceeding 150 mm thick, hoisting, lowering, laying, watering and curing etc. complete to the required levels including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for laying C.C(1:2:4) using 12mm size c.b.h.g chips including well curing cost of conveyance & royality taxes etc all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge

Rigid Smooth Centering and shuttering for RCC Work etc. (R.C.C. Foundation, Plinth Band, Footings, Column Base, Mass Concrete & Precast Slabs )

Providing & laying of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade of approved make,design,colour and size made by block Machine with proper compaction laid in required and approved pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC_SP-63 2018 The RATe shall include cost of Materials, laying in approved pattern, transportation, loading, unloading charges including filling the joint with approved materials etc.Complete.

Removing the excavated materials from site by mechanical means with loading and unloading the same within 5km away from site.

Removal of old RCC Precst slab from drain & refixing same after desilting work is loading and unloading etc. Complete as per direction of Engnineer in-charge.

Construction of Coffer dam by Sand Bags including cost of all materials sewing and laying in drain in proper position and removing the same after completion of work etc. Complete.

R.C.C. work of M20 having minimum compressive strength (working stress) 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using 12mm to 20mm size (1/2” to 3/4”) crusher broken hard black granite chips of 20mm size (not to exceed 25%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28 days, cost of rigid and smooth centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of M.S. rod/Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills.including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Pre Cast Slab.
