Cement concrete in prop. (1:4:8) in foundation using 4 cm size CBHG metal of quality from approved quarry washed and cleaned including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering, curing etc to required level lincluding cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, with cost of all labours, sundries and T & P such as concrete mixer, concrete vibrator required for the work etc, complete as per specificationand direction of E-I-C

R.C:C: M25 using 20 mm size downgraded CB. stone chips of uniform colour and texture and free from weathered skin and detritus materials including the cost, carriage of all materials, labour T&P sundries etc complete as per specification approved by the department & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) in founadtion & plinth using 25cm x 12cm x 8cm brick having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 Including all cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes etc.compete of all materials to work site as per specification approved by the department & direction of Engg-in-charge.

Straightening, cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary) coiled/bent up M.S. rods/Tor Steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 guage binding wire required for R.C.C. work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete (weight of binding wires will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on actual weight of M.S. rods or Tor steel linear measurements of rod for finished item of works etc complete as per direction of EIC

12mm thick C.P. in C.M.(1:4) over brick masonary to the smooth surface including watering, curing, cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

6mm thick C.P. in C.M.(1:4) over RCC Surface finished smooth including close deep chipping & slurry treatment with watering, curing cost, carriage, royalty, and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

C.C. (1:2:4) using 12 mm size H.G. stone chips including the cost of all materials, labour T&P sundries etc complete of all materials to work site as per specification approved by the department & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement washing two coats over plastered surface including watering, curing cost, carriage, royalty, and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Painting 2 coat weather coat over a coat of primer including cost of material and labour charges etc complete.

Supplying fitting and fixing of M.S. Grill made out of M.S.flat conforming to IS:2062/2006, painted with red oxide primer as per the design approved by the purchaser and to be fitted in the drain in points to restrict the entry of polythene etc. including all cost, conveyance taxes royality etc. complete.

Painting 2 coat enamal paint over a coat of primer including cost of material and labour charges etc complete.

Providing and Laying Factory made Chamfered edge Cement Concrete Paver Blocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape made by table Vibratory method , to attain superior smoth finish using PU or Equivalent moulds ,Laid in required gray colour and Pattern over 50mm thick Compacted bed of coarse sand , copmacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking Paver Blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, Filling joints with Fine sand and cutting of Paver blocks as per required size/Pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath , parks, lawns, drive ways, or light traffic parking and Lanes/Road etc, all complete as Per Manufacturers Specifications and Driection of Engg -In -Charge. 80mmm thick C.C. Paver Blocks of M-30 grade With approved colour design Pattern etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing & laying at or near ground level factory made Kerb stone of M- 25 Grade Cement concrete in position to the required line, level, curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required etc complete as per direction EIC.

Supplying all materials, labour and ladder/scaffolding T&P for art painting/concept painting/3D painting over walls/streets (RCC or plastered or CC or Bituminous Base Black Top Surface) as per direction of BMC excluding cost of plastic paint admixtures such as fabric strainer, acrylic emulsion etc, with labour charge of artists and helpers,etc all complete

Supplying the following making Garden equipments including fixing at work site etc complete as per direction of EIC. 3 seater concrete chair.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for RCC or CC work(F&P) including false works, supplying of centering materials, its hire charges, cost of labour T & P and dismentalling after casting the concrete etc all complete as per direction of EIC
