Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) by using 40mm size hard granite metal including cost , conveyance & royaltyof all materials etc.

Providing & laying CC(1:2:4)) in road work using 12mm size screened,washed hard black crusher broken granite of approved quality with centering & shuttering including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials , cost of all labour,T&P etc. as per the direction of EIC.

R.C.C work of prop M20 having minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516using 12mm to 20mm size (1/2” to ¾”) crusher broken hard black granite chips of 20mm size (not to exceed 25%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hosting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28days, cost of rigid and smooth centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer in charge including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work completion in all respects as per direction of Engineer in charge but excluding cost of M.S rod / Tor steel and binding wires and labour .

Straightening cutting, bending bent up of M.S. rods / Tor steels, including cranking, hooking, welding or jointing the M.S. rods or tor confirming to I.S. 432 (Plain) and 1785 (Tor) steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of all labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.

Fly ash bricks of 25cmx12cmx8cm. Size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm. With dimensional tolerance +2%. percentin cement mortar (1:6) in Super Structure

12 mm. thick cement plaster (1 :6) over brick masonary work,racking out the joints finished smooth to proper line and plumb,watering and curing 7days.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking faver block of M-40 grade bade by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size design & shape laid in required colur and pattern over and including 50mm thick thick compacted bed of coarse sand filling the joints with fine sand etc all complete as per direction of Enginer in charge.

Supplying & fixing of Precast Kerb Stone of size 300mmx450mmx150mm of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour & size by block making machine with proper compaction fixed in required pattern etc.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C work including false work and dismantling after casting including cost of all labour, materials, T&P required etc. as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats on iron/ steel work with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Primer of approved quality and approved shade to give an even shade including sand papering and making the surface smooth in all floors at all heights including cost, conveyance,taxes of all materials, labour, sundries, T& P scaffolding required for the work and complete in all respect as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of 160mm dia laying in trenches unplasticised PVC pipes IS: 4985-2000 and specials of the following outside diameter for all classes including jointing with supply of approved solvent cement by heat application.

Removal of excavated & dismantled materials by machanical means to an average lead of 5km.
