PLAIN GYPSUM CEILINGWITH ST 50 :- Providing and fixing Gypsum board Ceiling - 12.5mm th. single layer gypsum board fixed on suspended G.I. tubular channels as per manufacturers' specifications, including jointing, finishing with gypsum compound, jointing tape and top coat. The surface shall be duly sanded and finished. Rate shall include vertical faces of ceilings including pelmet andshall include cost of marking as/ reflected ceiling plan and making all the necessary cutouts for lights, grills,diffusers etc. The rate shall also include providing perimeter channel for grills, lights, diffusers as called for in HVAC and Electrical Drawings.The rate shall also include providing for edge/ angle bits at all corners, necessary taping, filling with jointing compound as per manufacturers specifications. The rate shall be exclusive of trap door which shall be paid for separately. including all cost of materials , labour, overheads T & P etc., excluding gst complete.

Providing, and painting the Gypsum Board ceiling area with one coat of each puty & primer primer & two coat of flame spread resistence paint as per the detail design and specification.

GRID CEILING FOR corridor :-Providing & fixing 6 mm thick 595X595 cement fiber board with UNI T Grid 24mm :- Supplying and Fixing of 6 mm th cement fiber board ceiling . This includes UNI T grid Wall angle of 24mmx24mm shall be screw fixed to brick wall/partition with the help of approved screws at 600mm centers. Then suspending UNI T Main T grid of 24mm x 38mm of length 3600mm from RCC Slab. The Main T is hung with USGBORAL adjustable level clips & 4mm diameter GI rod which are connected to Soffit Cleat and Approved Fasteners @1200mm centers or as approved. The Cross T of 24mm x 27mm of 1200mm length shall be interlocked between main T Grid at 600mm centers to form 1200 x 600mm modules. 600 x 600mm modules to be formed by click fitting Cross T of 27mm x 24mm of 600mm length centrally between the 1200mm cross T’s .
