Supplying, fitting and fixing granite tile in dadoes of approved make confirming to IS: 13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement 1: coarse sand 3) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in -charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm diaof 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90mtr. Providing and Laying Factory made Cement Concrete Paver Bliocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape made by table Vibratory method , to attain superior smoth finish using PU or Equivalent moulds ,Laid in required gray colour and Pattern over 80mm thick Compacted bed of coarse sand , copmacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking Paver Blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, Filling joints with Fine sand and cutting of Paver blocks as per required size/Pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath , parks, lawns, drive ways, or light traffic parking and Lanes/Road etc, all complete as Per Manufacturers Specifications and Driection of Engg -In -Charge. 80mmm thick C.C. Paver Blocks of M-40 grade With approved colour design Pattern etc. complete. as directed by Engineer in charge as per M.O.R.D. specification (6:7)

Waterproofing cement paint two coats with any approved colour of wall in Ground Floor

Painting two coats with any approved colour of weather seal coat to out side surface of wall in Ground Floor

Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (Water based ) of approved makeand finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete.

Transporting the excaveted earth and debries by mechanical means as directed by EIC.
