Fixing Granite tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1(1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles (See Page no-89,Item no 16 of AoR-06)

Earth work excavation in hard soil or gravelly soil within initial lead and 1.5mtrs. initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to 5 cms. to 7cms. and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 mtrs. in depth

Earth work excavation in foundation and Plinth in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50mtrs. initial lead and 1.5mtrs. initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to 5 cms. to 7cms. and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 mtrs. in depth

Filling in foundation & plinth with sand watered & rammed including cost, conveyance royalty of sand etc., Complete.

C.C (1:4:8) using 4cm size hard granite (Hand Broken) metal including cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc., complete.

Labour for laying dust in dust in Subbase in layers not excceding 100mm watering and compacting to required dencity with HRR including cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials, cost of all labour, material, etc., complete.

Providing and Laying Factory made Chamfered edge cement concrete Paver Blocks of required strength, thickness and size/ shape made by Table vibratory method to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalant moulds, laid in in required gray colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted Bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks in to the sand bedding layerr through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator , filling joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size / patterrn , finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath ,lane road etc. all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge 80mm thick paver blocks of M-35 grade with approved colour design pattern etc. complete.Rigid smooth centering & shuttering including false work and dismentalling them after casting. Etc complete.
