Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation ,floors, Road Sub base using 12 mm.size hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality & from approved quarry including lowering, laying the concrete, watering and curing, centering, shuttering etc. complete to required levels laid in layers including cost conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc all complete in all respect as per Direction of the Engineer in charge.

R.C.C. works in (M-20) in foundation, road sub base, mass concrete etc. using 20 mm and 10mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting, watering, curing for 28 days including all cost, conveyances, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of labor with T&P required for the work etc. all complete in all respect but excluding cost of Steel and labour charges for bending and binding as per the Direction of the Engineer in charge.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for concrete work including dismetalling them after casting.

R.C.C. works in (M-30) in foundation, beams, plinth band,footing base of columns,lintels, retaining walls, roof slab, chajjas, mass concrete etc. using 20 mm & 10mm size black hard granite crusher broken chips including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting, watering, curing for 28 days including providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering and dismantling them after casting and finished the exposed surface smooth including all cost, conveyances, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of labor with T&P required for the work etc. all complete in all respect but excluding cost of Steel and labour charges for bending and binding as per the Direction of the Engineer in charge. Retaining walls

Cutting ,Straightening coiled or bent up TOR steel, bending, binding, welding and jointing if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge as required for R.C.C. works and providing fan hooks ,hoisting,lowering, and laying the grills in floors and others etc.including cost of steel ,conveyances, labour,royalities, taxes with T&P etc.all complete in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer in charge.

6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) over concrete walls in all floors after racking out joints including watering & curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance royalties & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc. all complete in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer in charge.

Carriage of excavated earth for filling in embankment upto 5 Km including cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc. all complete in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing Weep holes in Brick Masonry / plain / R.C.C. abutments, wing walls/ return walls with 100 mm dia AC pipes , extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face including cost of all materials ,conveyances, labour,royalities, taxes with T&P etc.all complete in all respect as per the Direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supply & Laying of one number of PVC insulated and PVC seathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 4C 16 sq.mm Al.direct in ground including excavation , sand cushioning protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum cable of 1.1 KV as required. (4C x 16 sq.mm)

Supply, installation,testing & commissioning of floor mounting front operated front access extensible type cubicle panel totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof with IP-42 /55 protection with hinged and lockabale doors.CRCA sheets including interconnections,tinned copper crimping lugs, bonding to earth and painting suitable for use at 415 V, 3phase 4 wire 50 Hz system, and to withstand a fault level of 25KA symmetrical for 1 sec at 415 V complete as per specifications, as required and as below : All switchboards shall have provision for entry of cables from the bottom as required. All live accessible parts shall be shrouded and all equipment shall be finger touch proof. The bus bars shall be insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves.SMC/DMC shrouds and busbar supports shall be used with Indication lamp, C.T , Digital Voltmeter, Digital Ammeter and control fuse etc. complete. Supplying and laying 25 mm x 6 mm G.I earth strip ISI marked at 0.5 meter below ground level as strip earth electrode including soldering etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm x 5 mm G.I earth strip ISI marked on surface or in recess for connection etc as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of pre-wired fluorescent fiiting / compact fluorescent fitting /LED fitting of all sizes complete with all accessories and lamp etc. directly on ceiling /wall or recessed in false ceiling , including connection with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor and earthing as required.
