C.C. (1:2:4) with 12mm and down grade C.B. chips approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, laying hire charges of concrete mixture, vibrator, watering, curing and including cost, carriage, royalty, cost of all labour T.&P. etc complete and as directed by E.I.C.

Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength of 200kg/cm2 (in work test)in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite chips (20 mm. size chips not to exceeds 25 % ) and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry to be mixed in concrete mixture including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing debrises from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P, required for the work etc. complete but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or Tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position as directed by the Engineer in charge. a)col base

Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up M.S. rods or Tor steel welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills as required for R.C.C. works, providing fan hooks where necessary and hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and cost of all labour, sundries, T&P and scaffolding complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge (payment will be made according to the actual weight of M.S. rod / Tor steel consumed in the work and no separate payment will be made towards weight of binding wires which is to be borne by the contractor at his own cost).

Brick work with Fly ash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and Plinth including watering curing, cost of carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

16mm thick C.P. in C.M.(1:6) over brick masonary to the smooth surface including watering, curing cost, carriage, royalty, and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) to RCC surfaces finished smooth including closed deep chiping and slury treatment , watering, curing cost, carriage, royalty, and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

20mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on roof slab as grading plaster finished smooth including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Kadapa tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make conformaing to IS : 13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement :4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the worl all complete as per direction of E.I.C. (For New work only)

Fixing tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including cost, carriage, cost of all labour etc. complete.

Finishing to the exposed surfaces of wall with weather coat of any approved shade on new work 2 coats over a coat of wall primer to give an even shade including cost of weather coat all cost of all labours and T&P etc. complete .

Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50 mm dia of 2 mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32 mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90 mtr C/C and stainless aquare pipe bracing of size case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc. with the cost, conveyance taxses of all material, cost of all labour etc. complete in all respect.
