Dismentalling and removing Cement concrete work of all height including stacking the useful materilas for reuse and removing the debrises within 50m lead etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

20mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) over stone work to all height finished smooth after racking out joints to 12mm deep including watering and curing for required period and finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials required for the item complete in respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismentalling of brick or stone masonary in lime on cement mortar under 3mtr. Height including stacking the useful materilas for reuse and removing the debrises within 50m lead etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade on approved surface , shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface, shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious material, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, ( excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding of steel reinforcement of different diameters and tying the grills as per approved design & drawing and placing in position including, cost, conveyance, royalties and other taxes of M.S. Rods, binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge including providing concrete chairs, dowel bars, lapping wherever necessary with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and removing rigid and smooth centring and shuttering for plain or reinforced cement concrete works including false work and dismantling the same after casting and proper curing including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials required for the work with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Foundation and Plinth)

Providing rigid shuttering with the box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints for plain or reinforced cement concrete works including false work and dismantling the same after casting and proper curing including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials required for the work with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying and fixing reinforced cement concrete Hume pipe of 150mm dia (NP-2)with collars jointed with cement mortar (1:3) complete including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials and including the cost and conveyance of Hume pipes and collars etc, with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work as per the approved drawing etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying and fixing reinforced cement concrete Hume pipe of 300mm dia (NP-3)with collars jointed with cement mortar (1:3) complete including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials and including the cost and conveyance of Hume pipes and collars etc, with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work as per the approved drawing etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying and fixing reinforced cement concrete Hume pipe of 900mm dia (NP-3)with collars jointed with cement mortar (1:3) complete including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials and including the cost and conveyance of Hume pipes and collars etc, with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work as per the approved drawing etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons & revetments to all heights & thickness using hard stones of size 30 cm and above of approved quality free from weathered skin surface including filling the interstices with small stones by wedging & hammering to proper slope and level with cost conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials, labour & T & P materials required for this items complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Ramming or rolling earth work with light H.R.R in embankment in layers not exceeding 0.3m. with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Quarrying collecting stacking and spreading of moorum on slope of embankment and consolidation with HRR including cost conveyance and royality of materials etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fine dressing and turfing in slopes of embankment including filling of rain cuts and slips with selected earth duly compacted and trimmed to required profile and turfing with approved quality of compact dub grass including collection and supply of the same from approved site, including loading and unloading, conveyance charges, royalty and other taxes on all materials, with all leads, lifts and de-lifts and as per the approved drawings, specifications including mobilization and demobilization, supplying of all machineries and equipments and their running maintenance charges, inclusive of materials and labour required the work, supervision charges, including cost of watering and making arrangements for survival of grass till its full growth etc. complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Measurement will be taken on full survival of grass turf) ( With extea 3 (Three) leads.)

Fine dressing and turfing the slopes of the dam or dyke with compact Dub grass with extea 3 (Three) leads and 1 (One) lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge

Dismentalling and removing old lime or cement plaster from wall surface including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debrise away from the work site including all labour T&P articles etc. required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in odinary soil with initial lead over thr initial lead and left and lifts including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm. to 7 cm. and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m. in depth as directed by Engineer-in-charge(Measurement will be taken on finished level section)only

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth with all leads, lifts & delifts including making arrangement for carriage of water and with cost conveyance of all materials, labour required for the works including watering and ramming etc. complete and including supply of labour and T & P required for the work complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
