Excavation of foundation to proper profile in all kinds soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level and making it fit for laying concrete including depositing the excavated materials clear of work site within all leads and lifts etc. including dewatering from foundation if required etc. with supply of all labour and T&P. required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade on approved surface , shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite chips aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including hire charges of concrete mixer and vibrator with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and removing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for all C.C. and R.C.C. works including false work and dismentalling the same after casting and proper curing including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials required for the work with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer in charge. (For Foundation and Plinth)

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement as per approved design & specification including cost, conveyance and other taxes (binding wires cost included 18 to 20 gauge) etc. complete in all respect including all leads & lifts from bending yard to placement spot with supplying of labour and T&P and labour cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

20mm. Thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:4) after racking out the joints, rounding the corner where necessary including watering, curing and finishing including cost, conveyance & royalty and all other taxes of all materials with supply of all labour and T&P required for the item complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth including watering and ramming to all heights with all leads & lifts with all labour. T&P materials and labour cess as required for the work finished smooth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineerin-charge within an initial lead of 1km from the place of excavation complete.(measurement will be taken on the finished approved level section.
