Minimum Net Worth: Rs. 6.17 crore at the close of the preceding financial year. Minimum Average Annual Turnover (updated to the price level of the year): Rs. 18.50 crore for the last five financial years. For joint ventures, specific requirements apply to individual members' contributions.
