The important information given related to prior work experience under the technical capacity header includes: - The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years with certificates from the concerned officer of the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent or higher. - The bidder should provide a scanned copy of experience certificate in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. - The bidder should have satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value), as a prime contractor or as a partner of JV for similar works during last five years ending last day of month previous to the one in which bids are invited. - The completed works should be of the following values: - Three similar completed works costing not less than amount equal to Rs. 61.58 lakh each. - Two similar completed works costing not less than amount equal to Rs. 86.21 lakh each. - One similar completed work costing not less than amount equal to Rs. 123.17 lakh. - The bidder should upload certificates from the Employer (to be given by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent or higher) for the completed works. - The bidder should have a minimum cash amounting to 25% of the value of work during implementation of the Contract towards working capital.Similar work or eligible projects include: - Three similar completed works costing not less than amount equal to Rs. 61.58 lakh each. - Two similar completed works costing not less than amount equal to Rs. 86.21 lakh each. - One similar completed work costing not less than amount equal to Rs. 123.17 lakh. The works should constitute construction/maintenance of roads, with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value.
