S&F powder coated aluminium for shutters (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) of doors, windows, ventilators, cupboards & cabinets including, providing and fixing tracks / hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI Union size 50 mm bore Both ends screwed to iron pipes, or one flange end bedded in red lead cement,and other end crewed to iron pipe, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair foot valve as per IS-4038 of cast iron with brass diaphragm heavy duty screwing type 50 mm Dia complete all as specified and directed.Make-Kirloskar/Kartar/Leader/ Upadhaya

Material and labour for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7 mm/450x350x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

B/R PORTION Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hardwood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, sectional area exceeding 13 Sqm but not exceeding 25 sqm, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-30 Grade in grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50 mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description not exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and incluidng a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix CI Non - Return Valves without by pass arrangement , ISI marked , heavy duty , flanged type including rubber sheet & nut bolts etc for the 50mm Dia conforming to IS-5312 Part-I PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed. Make - Kirloskar/Upadhaya/Leader/Zoloto or equivalent

Providing and laying factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.
