M & L for Cutting / Chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of Slabs, Beams, Columns, Fins, Facias,ceilings, Parapets & Chajjas etc. and trimming, cleaning the surfaces of any thickness to receive a coat of Sika Rust off100 with brush to all steel surfaces for complete Rust Removal and Cleaning as directed & specified all rust/ scales/corrosion from reinforcement bars and allowed to react it for 16-24 hours followed by cleaning the surface with wire brush and washing surface with fresh water as required to exposed reinforcement bars complete as specified and applying a coat of Antirust Agent Sika Frinzink R Make (Sika India Pvt LTD) or equivalent approved antirust agent as per manufacturer's instructions] to all steel surfaces as antirust agent including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion complete all as specified and directed.NOTE- Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to inlcuded for scaffolding if required for execution of work and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

M & L for preparation of surface for free from dust, dirt, loose potions, oil, grease, efflorescence, old coatings etc and cleaning the surface thoroughly.Application of Epoxy Bonding agent Sikadur 32 IN (Make Sika India PVT.LTD) on prepared suarface .Repair mortar can be prepared using polymer modified mortar admixed with SIKA Latex SBR, Water ,Cement, and Sand with ratio of 1:4:10:40. Before placing the repair mortar in the affected portion, a bond coat shall be given with Epoxy Bonding Agent Sikadur 32 IN, as per manufacturers instruction all as specified and directed. NOTE- Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to inlcuded for scaffolding if required for execution of work and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

M & L for applying a coat of Sikadur 32 IN as a epoxy bonding Agent on prepared old concrete and steel surfaces as per manufacturer's instructions and providing and applying avg 20 mm thick readymade fibre reinforced polymer mortar Sika Monotop 122 F over the bond coat of Sikadur 32 Epoxy Bonding agent at the damage areas. Complete as per direction of engineer in charge & manufacturer instructions. for sides and soffits of Slabs, Beams, Columns, Fins, Parapets Facias, Ceiling & Chajjas etc., finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement conforming to proper geometrics including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion and disposal and depositing the demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.NOTE- Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to inlcuded for scaffolding if required for execution of work and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion including one coats of priming with necessary preparatory work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on newly plastered ceiling surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coat synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces over and including a coat of red oxide primer of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel as in joist, channel, angle or tee section, fixed independently with connecting base plate etc. as in shed bend to shape, holes drilled/ notches cut out to receive MS bolts embedded to concrete including tarring to steel work embedded to concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Form work to fins, louvers, fascias, chajas and similar works fair finished flat surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 05 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) in ceiling surfaces incl finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel round bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality - A or Fe-290 (Gde E -165) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer on old surface of internal walls including complete removal of the existing treament with necessary preparatory work and removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying a coat of Sikadur 32 IN as a epoxy bonding Agent on prepared old concrete and steel surfaces as per manufacturer's instructions and providing and applying avg 10 mm thick readymade fibre reinforced polymer mortar Sika Monotop 122 F over the bond coat of Sikadur 32 Epoxy Bonding agent at the damage areas. S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel steet 0.50-0.53 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa with hot dip mettalic coating of aluminium alloy (galvalume 150 gms/sqm total of both sides, AZ 150 of BMT 0.45mm measuring 0.53mm thick with finish coat as per ASTM A-792 or AS 1392) and wall sheet coated with 25 micron thick paint on top and back coating on sheet shall be 10 micron as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screwes as specified and also surface should be dust free. (alloy of 55% aluminium, 43.5% zinc,1.5% silicon) complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: TATA BLUESCOPE STEEL Colorbond XRW steel OR EQUIVALENT make as mentioned in PS. (Life prior to corrosion to perforation by weathering in the natural elements of 20 years from date of manufracturer)

M & L for making good and forming haunching at the cutting portion of concrete or brick wall surfaces after fixing of galvalium sheet with cement concrete 1:2:4 type BO (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) including necessacy formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) in two layers (8mm thick with approved water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers direction over backing layer of 12 mm thick )on fair faces of brick work incl finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete (Nominal Mix) Type A1 1:11/2:3 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in fins, fascias, parapets, Chajjas and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting channels, grooves or rebates on concrete or brick wall surfaces n exc 15cm girth, and trimming surface complete all as specified and directed.
