Fabrication & erection of Missing item / as per Site requirement for structures and application of two coats of primer paint & two coats of finished paints. (Note: Supply of materials for above are covered in sl. E.1 above )

MANPOWER FOR CONDUCTING PERFORMANCE GAURANTEE TEST (DEPLOYMENT AS PER INSTRUCTION BY MECON / NALCO):

REMARKS: 1) The items and quantity indicated above are indicative only. 2) Tenderer is requested to refer the enclosed drawings with tender to ascertain themselves for altitude, elevation, climatic conditions, etc. on which, the aforesaid equipments are going to be installed / erected. 3) Rate for erection, trial run , testing & commissioning (against Sl. No. C, D & E of price schedule), Store Management shall be inclusive of the followings : a. Scope as per TS b. Deployment of cranes with suitable capacity and boom length alongwith, access of the crane to erection site, other erection tools & tackles, refer weight of single heaviest component mentioned in TS. c. Manpower, resources, materials, consumables, etc. deployed for erection, trial run , testing & commissioning, refer TS in detail d. Tenderer to note that Watch & ward services of the existing store(closed/open) are not in the scope of the Tenderer. However, the Tenderer shall maintain coordination with the watch & ward agency, being provided through MECON’s other sub contractors/ and other agencies, at erection site for Tenderer to ensure proper storage of equipment, its traceability, etc. for smooth working at site. The successful tenderer shall take handover of the existing Mechanical store at site from MECON/MECON’s other sub-contractors. Coordination with the MECON’s watch and ward providing contractor, are also in the scope of tenderer. As such, quoted rate by the tenderer is inclusive of STORE MANAGMENT along with coordination with Watch & ward providing agency. e. NDT tests (if required) i.e. Dye penetrate, Ultrasonic, Radiography (X-ray & Gamma ray) and X-Ray testing of Welding joint. f. Working at Pancpatmali site terrains, weather conditions. g. Handover of the facilities, spares, etc. to NALCO. 4) Manpower Rate for conducting Performance Guarantee Test (Sl. No.F) shall be inclusive of the followings:

REMARKS: a. Travel, stay, local travel, all incidental charges, etc. b. The manpower may be deployed in Shift-A, B, C and General Shift activities as per instruction of MECON. c. Normal hours, overtime hours, at different elevations in three shifts and "G" shift hours. d. The quoted rate will include tools & tackles, consumables, supply of safety appliances like asbestos, apron, gloves, safety shoes etc. e. The quoted rate is applicable to the weather conditions at the NALCO, Panchpatmali site.
